М.; Filimonikhina, I.; Semeniuta, M.; Yakymenko, S.Інтерполяція і апроксимація часто використовуються для оцінки відсутніх значень та прогнозування майбутніх значень різних характеристик тієї чи іншої сфери людської діяльності. Так, в автомобільному транспорті необхідно робити прогнози по основним характеристикам пасажирського транспорту, таким як кількість перевезених пасажирів та пасажирообіг. Через досить високі розкиди в значеннях обсягів перевезень пасажирів досить актуальним є достовірність прогнозування цих показників. Побудова адекватних математичних моделей і достовірні короткострокові прогнози дозволять ефективно управляти роботою автотранспорту і забезпечать підвищення якості обслуговування пасажирів на автомобільному транспорті. The development of the automotive industry is significantly influenced by changes in the socioeconomic and socio-political situations in the country. These changes cause changes in such indicators of passenger transport as the number of transported passengers and passenger traffic. In recent years, there has been a tendency for these indicators to fall. The purpose of this study is to obtain reliable short-term forecast estimates for the number of transported passengers and passenger traffic in the Kirovohrad region. In the work, an analysis of statistical data on the number of transported passengers and passenger traffic of the Main Department of Statistics in the Kirovohrad Region was carried out. For the analysis, standard methods of time series research were used using the Microsoft Excel 2016 software package and the Mathcad mathematical package for the analysis of statistical data and methods of forecasting their changes in a certain period.Item Застосування статистичних методів наукових досліджень при обстеженні пасажиропотоків міського автомобільного транспорту(ЦНТУ, 2022) Загорянський, В. Г.; Zahorianskyi, V.В роботі розглянуті прикладні аспекти застосування теорії міських пасажирських перевезень щодо перевезень засобами пасажирського автомобільного транспорту міста (ПАТМ). Проаналізовані основні поняття теорії міських пасажирських перевезень та питання взаємодії міського пасажирського транспорту з містом, що обслуговується, на основі системних уявлень. Проведений аналіз основних чинників, які впливають на якість планування, контролю та регулювання руху пасажирського автомобільного транспорту в транспортних системах міст. Розглянуті також аспекти теорії міських транспортних систем та проектних розрахунків пасажирських перевезень автомобільного транспорту. The purpose of the paper is to propose scientific and methodological approaches to the generalization of passenger flow survey methods, the formation of the route transport network of the city, the calculation of the required type and number of rolling stock of passenger road transport, the formation of a list of preferential routes. The paper examines applied aspects of the application of the theory of urban passenger transportation in relation to transportation by means of passenger road transport of the city (PRTC). The main concepts of the theory of urban passenger transport and the issue of interaction between urban passenger transport and the city being served are analyzed on the basis of system concepts. An analysis of the main factors that affect the quality of planning, control and regulation of passenger road transport in the transport systems of cities has been carried out. Aspects of the theory of urban transport systems and design calculations of passenger transport by road are also considered. The research was carried out by the formation of new scientific and methodological approaches and scientific argumentation proposed on the basis of numerous works of domestic and foreign scientists in the field of passenger transportation organization. Research method are mathematical statistics and modeling. The solution to the tasks of urban transport service is divided into two main complexes: the design of urban transport systems, and the organization of urban transport traffic. To form an optimal or rational route network, as well as to effectively use rolling stock and ensure a high level of passenger service, it is necessary to know the directions, sizes and degree of unevenness of passenger flows, the specific values of which are established during certain surveys. When surveying passenger flows, it is necessary to obtain reliable data in order to use them in solving problems of improving the quality of passenger service. But when choosing a survey method, it is necessary to take into account the complexity of the method and the costs of its implementation.Item Аналіз діяльності по здійсненню авіаційних перевезень в Україні(ЦНТУ, 2018) Саркісова, О. М.; Sarkisova, O.; Tokar, A.У статті досліджена діяльність по здійсненню авіаційних перевезень в Україні, її сучасний стан та проаналізовано основні показники авіаційної діяльності. Наведено та проаналізовано проблемні аспекти організації українського авіаційного транспорту, які потребують вирішення. Надано практичні рекомендації щодо підвищення конкурентоздатності авіаційного транспорту України. В статье исследована деятельность по осуществлению авиационных перевозок в Украине, ее современное состояние и проанализированы основные показатели авиационной деятельности. Приведены и проанализированы проблемные аспекты организации украинского авиационного транспорта, которые требуют решения. Даны практические рекомендации по повышению конкурентоспособности авиационного транспорта Украины. The developed transport system is a guarantee of sustainable economic growth and improvement of interstate relations of Ukraine. Activities of all types of transport are an integral part of the process of becoming a state as an economically independent unit. One of the main problems of the aviation industry is the imperfection of infrastructure, due to the monopolization and closure of the air transport market. The purpose of the article is to analyze the main indicators of aviation activity, the shortcomings and reasons for insufficiently high rates of aviation transportation compared with other modes of transport. The role and tendency of air transport development in Ukraine are determined. Air transportation has advantages in the use for transcontinental passenger transportation, but it is considerably inferior to short-distance transportation, which is clearly illuminated and illustrated in the article. That is why, the reason for the slow growth of volumes of transportation is still the problem of updating the aviation park, the development of airports, which together with the high cost of carriage on the Ukrainian market of airline services and the difficult economic situation in the country leads to disappointing indicators of the industry of air transport. In order to improve the efficiency of air transport, a number of recommended proposals for improving the process of aviation transportation, increasing the competitiveness of domestic carriers and increasing demand for transportation among the population of Ukraine was identified. Improving the efficiency of air transport is to determine how the most efficient use of available resources of each enterprise. Fierce competition in the market of transport services leads to systematic and detailed analysis of its activities, on the basis of which it is necessary to justify the economic evaluation of work. Such detail will enable the timely identification of deficiencies in the work at each stage of the process of transportation of passengers, cargo or mail, to evaluate their consequences, to prevent their appearance and to quickly implement effective measures to eliminate them.Item Нормативно-правова база здійснення митного контролю пасажирських перевезень у пунктах пропуску для повітряного сполучення(ЦНТУ, 2017) Корнійчук, О. О.; Korniichuk, О.У статті досліджено нормативно-правове забезпечення здійснення митного контролю пасажирських перевезень у пунктах пропуску для повітряного сполучення відповідно до вимог правового поля. Проаналізовано вимоги міжнародних та вітчизняних нормативно-правових актів щодо здійснення контрольних заходів при пасажирських переміщеннях через авіаційні пункти пропуску. The object of the researching is analysis of law providing of implementing of Customs Control of passenger traffic in Customs Air Check-points according to requires of international and Ukrainian laws. The issues of providing of international passenger and freight traffic safety are especially important in conditions of increasing threats. Visa liberalization between Ukraine and countries-members of EU provokes demand to work out new tools-bar of Customs Control to be used in the field of increasing international passenger traffic by air. Developed countries’ experience of implementing of control on passenger traffic by air shows the high level of using of risk-oriented Customs Control Tools. These tools are ordered to defying and neutralizing of foreign trade threats, on the one hand; and providing of simplification of Customs Formalities, on the other hand. Analysis and Management Risk System exists in Ukraine today. It is an effective tool of Customs Control, and it provides minimal involving of Customs Authorities into operational activities of all participants of International Providing Chain. In fact, functioning of single module ASAMR in Customs Air Check-points is regulated by law, but is not used in practice. The bill on Changes into Customs Code of Ukraine (on authorized economic operators and simplified of customs procedures) forecasts implementing of Previous Informing System, which is a main condition of effective functioning of Management System.
