Запропоновано схему впливу мотивації на процес створення інновацій. Обґрунтовано необхідність розробки комплексу ефективних методів мотивації інноваційного потенціалу молоді в умовах руху до економіки знань. Наведено практичні рекомендації щодо заохочення прояву творчості і креативності молодих фахівців при здійсненні трудової діяльності на підприємстві. Long-term health of the Ukrainian economy and its complete recovery depends mainly on the creation of a significant number of innovations in the fields of science, technology and engineering. Only the work of innovators and entrepreneurs will resist intelligent outsourcing and automation in terms of global spread of knowledge. Given the practical necessity of innovation in today's economy, it is necessary to investigate matters concerning training and motivation of youth in order to become innovators and will implement their ideas. The aim of the article is to discover the essence of motivating innovative potential of youth, study forms and methods of motivation of creative activity, as well as clarification of issues related to the specifics of the creative work of the youth sector. The analysis of scientific approaches to the definition of the «creativity motivation» from the standpoint of psychology, philosophy and economics was conducted. The role of motivation in creating innovation was defined. The author determined the motivation of innovative potential of young people. The scheme structure of ability of young people to create innovation was developed by the author. The forms and methods of motivation of creative content were considered and generalized. The methods to motivate creativity and innovative potential of young people in the company were offered. Preparing young people to innovation, building motivation to this activity, formation of creative thinking is complex, multifaceted issue. And, in our view, increase the innovative activity of young people should be considered in light of the economic, research and educational issues, conditions, interaction and motivation of all its members. It was found that there is a weak mechanism for motivating young innovators in Ukraine. It was indicated that talented young workers need the individual approach. The necessity to develop a set of effective methods of motivating innovative potential of youth in the movement towards knowledge economy was justified.Item Конкурентоспроможність молоді на ринку праці в умовах системної кризи(КНТУ, 2015) Семикіна, М. С.; Semykina, Marina; Golbanos, SergiyУ статті розкрито сутність поняття «конкурентоспроможність молоді», систематизовано чинники та умови формування конкурентних переваг молоді на ринку праці. Розкрито зв’язок конкурентних переваг і якості людського капіталу молоді. Проаналізовано тенденції економічної активності та структури зайнятості молоді. За результатами соціологічного обстеження визначено чинники, що перешкоджають реалізації конкурентних переваг молоді. Розроблено пропозиції щодо підтримки конкурентоспроможності молоді на ринку праці. The competitive advantages of youth is suggested to understand as advantages in qualitative characteristics of the created human capital of young people which allow to get job on labor market faster, grow professionally, showing high performance, mobility, adaptation to changes and changing requirements, readiness for retraining. The factors and conditions of formation of competitive advantages of youth on labor market have been systematized in the article. The leading place among them is taken by economic and social factors which define conditions of education, upbringing, professional growth, preservation of health. The interrelation between competitive advantages and quality of the human capital of youth has been revealed. Tendencies of economic activity and structure of employment of youth have been analyzed. The imbalance between structure of demand and supply, between development of labor market and of the market of educational services has been designated. It has been proved that under such circumstances against the background of system crisis of youth it is extremely difficult to realize competitive advantages on labor market of Ukraine, to correspond to the growing requirements of employers. The results of sociological research defined the factors impeding realization of competitive advantages of youth - shortcomings of quality of training of graduates, poor quality of workplaces, low level of compensation, instability of employment. The suggestions, concerning support of competitiveness of youth on labor market have been developed.
