    Синтез конструктивно-технологічних схем – основа для розробки багатофункціональних комбайнів

    У статті наведено результати аналізу існуючих конструктивно-технологічних схем як зернозбиральних комбайнів, так і одно-, двоопераційних машин з різних галузей і на основі виявлених найбільш характерних їх функціональних особливостей, що в тій чи іншій мірі можуть бути синтезовані в одну структурно-технологічну схему, розроблено багатофункціональний збиральний комбайн. A research purpose is an analysis of existent structurally-technological charts of both combine harvesters and other devices and their synthesis in one structurally-technological chart multifunction collective to the combine. The conducted structurally-biological analysis of grain attr layer of ear grain-crops showed that 70% grains is in 30-ty centimetre ear layer, and other grain - in undersized stems. It underlay development of new principle of collection of ear grain-crops, namely is diminishing to the volume of biological mass, which is given both on threshing and on cleaning. As a result of synthesis of design-technological charts of combine harvesters and other devices a chart is worked out much-functional to the combine, which provides the twotier cut of ear and pedicellate mass, her separate threshing, the knocked out catches grain by a reel and produces other works.
