The aim of the presented paper is to elucidate the changes in the probability of failure-free operation of the "human-machine". О.; Bojko, Anatoliy; Popyk, Pavlo; Bannyi, OleksandrВ статті представлено результати експериментальних досліджень по встановленню впливу ступеня розрідження у вакуумній камері на появу пропусків та двійників при висіві насіння пневмомеханічним висівним апаратом, оснащеним комірками з направленим вектором дії. The aim is research of influence of the degree of liquefaction in a vacuum chamber to the emergence of omissions and doubles when dosing device with pneumomechanical seed doser directed action. Found that in the range of operating speeds (V = 0,2...0,6 m/s) reduces the likelihood of increase in liquefaction omissions several times. This indicates that apart forms seeds an important role in suction and transportation plays density material (seed weight) which affects the distribution effort in delighted her cell. Increased liquefaction contributes to the formation doubles, the number of which depends also on the shape of and density of seeds fit them to the cell. When increasing liquefaction increases probability of occurrence of doubles. At that, this dependencies is typical to all cultures. Dependencies are nonlinear character with the gradual increase of the likelihood doubles at rising liquefaction.Item Результати експериментальних досліджень роботи висіваючих апаратів посівних машин для систем точного землеробства(КНТУ, 2011) Свірень, М. О.; Sviren, N.; Leschenko, S.; Boyko, А.; Banniy, А.В статті приведені результати експериментальних досліджень роботи висіваючих апаратів посівних машин для систем точного землеробства. Проаналізовано якість присмоктування насіння до висіваючого диску залежно від форми комірки та степені розрідження у вакуумній камері висіваючого апарату. Запропоновано нову тороїдальну подовжену форму присмоктуючої комірки, та приведені результати її роботи на насінні різних культур. Наведені результати дослідження впливу зміни діаметру комірки під час її забивання пилом на якість присмоктування. Дані результати порівняльних випробувань серійної посівної секції та посівної секції із запропонованою формою комірок. In the article brought results over of experimental researches work seedmeters of sowing machines for the systems of exact agriculture. Quality of seed is analysed to the sowing disk depending on the form cell and degree of dilution in a vacuum chamber seedmeter. The new tors form extended form of air cell, and the brought her job performances over, is offered on the seed of different cultures. Results over research influence of diameter cell are brought during her hammering by a dust on quality of table of contents. These results of comparative tests serial sowing section and sowing section with the offered form of cells.
