В.В статье предложен принцип классификации способов восстановления шестерен насосов НШ по технологическому принципу. Предложен способ, позволяющий усовершенствовать восстановление шестерен электроконтактным навариванием износостойких композиционных порошковых материалов. У статті запропонований принцип класифікації способів відновлення шестірень насосів НШ по технологічному принципу. Запропоновано спосіб, що дозволяє удосконалити відновлення шестірень електроконтактним наварюванням зносостійких композиційних порошкових матеріалів. In the article principle of classification of methods of renewal of cog-wheels of pumps of ÍØ is offered on technological principle. A method allowing to perfect renewal of cog-wheels by the elektrokontaktnym welding on of wearproof compositions powder-like materials is offered.Item Вплив на навколишнє середовище автобусів БАЗ-22154 під час експлуатації на різних видах палива(КНТУ, 2015) Бевз, О. О.; Bevz, Oleg; Magopec, Sergiy; Matvienko, OlexandrОбґрунтована актуальність проблеми екологічної небезпеки автомобільного транспорту та представлена порівняльна оцінка використання бензину і газового палива на прикладі автобусів БАЗ-22154 в міських умовах. Research directed on determination of question – as far as effective is the use of alternative types of fuel in the plan of improvement of atmosphere of city of Kirovohrada and leadthrough of estimation of ecological danger of bus during work on the different kinds of fuel. During translation of bus on the compressed natural gas which an engine ecologically is little adjusted to, allows to reduce the ecological danger of the considered car in 1,8 times, and on the condensated oil gas in 1,1 times as compared to a base fuel. Replacement of petroleum motor fuels gas is ecologically and economic justified. It is thus needed to consider the use of natural gas which is ecologically safe the most perspective direction.Item Дослідження можливості оцінки технічного стану системи випуску відпрацьованих газів на основі аналізу зміни параметрів тиску в циліндрі двигуна(КНТУ, 2015) Магопець, С. В.; Magopec, Sergiy; Bevz, OlegВ статті розглядається методика експериментального дослідження наявності підвищеного опору з боку системи випуску відпрацьованих газів ДВЗ, що працює на легкому рідкому паливі – бензині за характером зміни тиску в циліндрі протягом робочого циклу. In the article the technique of experimental research presence increased resistance from the exhaust systems of internal combustion engines, running on light fuel oil – gasoline by the nature of the change in pressure in the cylinder during the working cycle. Studies have shown that the use of modern technological diagnostic equipment allows not only visually observe the nature of changes in pressure in the cylinder, but also for its parameters accurately determine the technical condition of the catalytic converter and exhaust system. When significant differences tested and parameter reference, motor-tester using the expert program produces a list of possible faults in descending order of probability of their occurrence and causes of and ways to elimination. In estimation of pressure in the system to release the reference index for a particular vehicle this technique and technological equipment allows each vehicle to accumulate in memory measurements carried out after a certain period of time and track the operational dynamics of the technical state of its system of production. These steps will reduce the time to assess the technical condition of the exhaust, but also carry interference in its design forced only when necessary.Item Дослідження впливу внутрішнього опору системи випуску відпрацьованих газів на ефективні показники роботи(КНТУ, 2010) Магопець, С. В.; Magopec, S.; Bevz, O.В статті теоретично та експериментально досліджується влив стану систем випуску відпрацьованих газів автомобілів на ефективні показники роботи їх двигунів, а саме: величини ефективної питомої потужності, ефективного крутного моменту, погодинної та питомої витрати палива. Проведені дослідження дозволили визначити границю допустимої величини зворотного тиску у випускній системі, яка обумовлює зниження величин ефективних показників до граничних значень та робить малоефективним подальшу експлуатацію двигуна (автомобіля). In the article theory and experimentally investigated influence of the state of the systems of issue of exhaust gases of cars on the effective indexes of work of their engines, namely: sizes of effective specific power, effective twisting moment, sentinel and specific expense of fuel.Item Особливості вимірювання компресії бензинових двигунів при діагностуванні(КНТУ, 2010) Красота, М. Наведена діаграма визначення несправностей ЦПГ за показниками компресії. In the article influence of different factors is considered on the compression of petrol engine, the signs of typical disrepairs are resulted cilindro-piston groups and methods of their exposure.
