    Обгрунтування конструкції чотирилопатевого відцентрового розкидача мінеральних добрив

    Запропоновано роторний робочий орган, конструкційні особливості якого дозволяють покращити рівномірність розсіювання мінеральних добрив. Investigational construction features of rotor working organ and their influence on the high-quality indexes of work of throwing about of mineral fertilizers. The obtained formulae allow to determine the absolute velocity fat disk and angle of departure required for determining the width of the lens cover. On the basis of analysis of motion of financial particle for the blades of centrifugal working organ along a sending rib structural descriptions of the fourblade throwing about are grounded. Withdrawn simple enough for engineering application of the formula, giving an opportunity to substantiate the design of the disk diffuser fertilizers, which is guaranteed to improve scattering.

    Дослідження впливу параметрів роторних робочих органів на якісні показники роботи розкидачів мінеральних добрив

    Досліджено конструкційні особливості роторного робочого органу та їх вплив на якісні показники роботи розкидачів мінеральних добрив. Проведено експериментальні дослідження. Отримані результати по рівномірності внесення мінеральних добрив. На основі експерименту зроблено висновки та вибрано модель для подальшого впровадження в виробництво. Рекомендуємо виготовлення та впровадження в виробництво роторного робочого органу. Вбачається подальший напрямок роботи з аналітичного обґрунтування поверхні диска, визначенні кута нахилу лопатей та обґрунтуванні їх кутів відносно горизонту. Investigational construction features of rotor working organ and their influence on the high-quality indexes of work of throwing about of mineral fertilizers. Experimental researches are conducted. The got results are on evenness of bringing of mineral fertilizers. On the basis of eksperementu conclusions are done and a model is chosen for the subsequent applying in industry. Recommend making and introduction in work of rotor working organ. Subsequent work assignment is seen from the analytical ground of disk surface, determination of angle of slope of blades and ground of their corners in relation to horizon.
