    Експериментальне дослідження впливу вібрації на ефективність процесу скальперування зернового вороху

    Наведені результати експериментального дослідження технологічного процесу сепарування зернового вороху барабанним скальператором при обертальному русі решета і при накладенні вібрації. The objective is to perform analysis and comparative study of the effectiveness of a cylindrical sieve when it only rotational movement and with the addition of vibration. The results of experimental investigation of the technological process of separation of grain heap on the horizontal drum separator for the separation of large impurities when only the rotational motion of his sieve and when applied to this movement vibration. Imposition of vibration significantly improve specific productivity of separator. The optimum mode of vibration. Conclusions 1. Adding vibration to rotational motion of a cylindrical sieve drum skalperators can increase its share performance without sacrificing quality of the process skalperuvannya. The optimum value of vibration intensity is (1.2 ... 2) g. 2. Vertical vibrations are more favorable to the quality of the skalperuvannya than the horizontal axis.

    Вплив чинників післязбиральної обробки зерна на якість насіннєвого матеріалу

    В статті аналізується стан насіннєвого матеріалу при доочистці зерна після збирання і його травмування при цьому. Розглядається роль зерноочисних машин, вібросепараторів та вплив організаційно-технічних заходів для підготовки і зберігання високоякісного насіння. The paper analyzes the state of sceding material under the additional clarification of grain after harvesting and its injury during this process. The author considers the role of grain cleaners, vibroseparators and the effects of organizational and technical measures on the preparation and storage of high quality seeds.
