| dc.description.abstract | Стаття присвячена дослідженню актуальних проблем, з якими стикаються підприємства в часи повномасштабної війни. Визначено рівень дефіциту кадрів в країні та наведено головні п’ять причин критичної нестачі висококваліфікованого персоналу згідно з останніми опитуваннями підприємців. З’ясовано, що причини дефіциту кадрів в нашій країні докорінно відрізняються від загальносвітових трендів, саме через можливі впливи і фактори, котрі мають місце тільки під час воєнного часу. Досліджено індекс настроїв бізнесу та з’ясовано, що попри всі перепони, більшість підприємців нині оцінюють свій стан як відносно задовільний та планують і далі розвивати і розширювати свій бізнес тощо. The paper is devoted to the study of actual problems faced by enterprises in the conditions of full-scale war. The level of shortage of personnel in the country was determined and the main five reasons for the critical shortage of highly qualified personnel were formed according to the latest surveys of entrepreneurs. It was found out that the causes of the shortage in our country are fundamentally different from global trends, precisely because of possible influences and factors that take place only during wartime. According to the index of business sentiments was studied was found that despite all the obstacles, the most of entrepreneurs consider their condition relatively satisfactory and they are planning further development and expansion of their business etc. | |
