| dc.description.abstract | Стаття присвячена питанням збереження та розвитку трудового потенціалу аграрного сектору економіки в умовах євроінтеграційних процесів. Розглянуто роль аграрної сфери у забезпеченні національної економічної і продовольчої безпеки, підкреслено важливість відтворення та ефективного використання її трудового потенціалу. Наведено специфічні риси функціонування аграрного сектору в контексті обраного Україною курсу щодо європейської інтеграції. Висвітлено сутність та складові трудового потенціалу у сучасних умовах. Деталізовано чинники, що справляють позитивний та негативний вплив на збереження і розвиток трудового потенціалу аграрного сектору вітчизняної економіки, а також результативність та ефективність його використання тощо. The paper is devoted to the issues of preserving and developing the labor potential of the agrarian sector of the economy in the context of European integration processes. The role of the agrarian sphere in ensuring national economic and food security is considered, the importance of reproduction and effective use of its labor potential is emphasized. Specific features of the agricultural sector functioning in the context of the European integration course chosen by Ukraine are distinguished. The essence and components of labor potential in modern conditions are highlighted. The factors that have a positive and negative impact on the preservation and development of the labor potential of the agricultural sector of the domestic economy, as well as the effectiveness and efficiency of its use, are detailed etc. | |
