Abstract
У статті обґрунтовано закономірності сталого розвитку землекористування в контексті дефініції та критеріїв його економічних категорій з метою поглиблення розуміння взаємодії природних і соціальних законів та їх врахування при організації раціонального, сталого та ефективного використання земельних ресурсів у суспільстві. Констатовано взаємозалежність між такими категоріями, як «розвиток», «стабільність», «системна стійкість», «модернізація», «інвестиції» та «інновації», а також надано визначення та зміст кожної з них у контексті землекористування. Доведено, що ці категорії взаємопов'язані та в своїй органічній єдності сприяють процесу модернізації системи, а в поєднанні з діалектичною категорією «розвиток» гарантують сталий розвиток системи землекористування тощо. The article examines the nature of dialectical and economic categories, as well as the patterns of sustainable land use development, which allow for a deeper understanding of the natural and social laws interaction and their consideration in organizing rational and sustainably efficient use of land resources in society. The interdependence between such categories as development, stability, system sustainability, modernization, investment and innovation is established, and the definition and content of each of them in the context of land use is provided. It is proved that the categories of “modernization”, “investment” and “innovation” are autonomous and independent, each of which is a complex system of the appropriate level in the economy, including the land use system. It іs determined that these categories are interconnected and, in their organic unity, contribute to the modernization of the system and, combined with the dialectical category of “development” ensure the sustainable development of the land use system etc.
