| dc.description.abstract | Стаття розкриває закономірності дії чинників ринкового механізму на процеси відтворення людини. Побудовано теоретико-економічну модель, що відображає вплив різнопорядкових та різновеликих економічних важелів на розширене відтворення людського потенціалу, як відносно нової економічної категорії. Проаналізовано сучасну модель господарського механізму та співвідношення її складових з метою трансформації й посилення суспільної ефективності. Автор звертається до ринкових факторів, що впливають на відтворення людського потенціалу: рівень монополізації виробництва товарів із низькою еластичністю попиту, загальний рівень цін, рівень середньої заробітної плати, якість та обсяг пропонованих товарів та обсяг посередників у структурі пропозиції, рівень розвитку ринкової інфраструктури та окремих ринкових секторів, співвідношення втручання держави та саморегулювання ринку. Використовуючи методологію економічної теорії та метод діалектичної логіки, можна визначити загальну сприятливість чи несприятливість застосування певних важелів відтворенню людського потенціалу. До основних причин затримки формування повноцінних ринкових відносин можна віднести відсутність чіткої державної політики щодо формування та розвитку ринкової інфраструктури споживчого ринку, некеровану оптову торгівлю, спонтанність формування нових організаційних схем споживчого ринку на регіональному рівні, відсутність інфраструктури оптової та роздрібної торгівлі, недостатній захист суб’єктів торговельної діяльності від тиску злочинних структур. На сьогоднішній день ринковий механізм не діє повноцінно, що ускладнюється неадекватною економічною владою певної групи розподільчих відносин. The article reveals the regularities of the factors of the market mechanism on the processes of human reproduction. The theoretical and economic model is developed reflecting the influence of various and various economic levers on the extended reproduction of human potential as a relatively new economic category. The modern model of the economic mechanism and the ratio of its components to the purpose of transformation and strengthening of social efficiency are analyzed. The author relates to the market factors influencing the reproduction of human potential: the level of monopolization of production of goods with low elasticity of demand, the general level of prices, the level of average wages, the quality and volume of goods offered and the volume of intermediaries in the structure of the proposal, the level of development market infrastructure and individual market sectors, the ratio of state intervention and market self-regulation. Using the methodology of economic theory and the method of dialectical logic, the author determines the general favorable or unfavorable application of certain levers for reproduction of human potential. The main reasons for the delayed formation of full-fledged market relations include the absence of a clear state policy on the formation and development of a market infrastructure of the consumer market, the unmanaged wholesale trade, the spontaneity of the formation of new organizational schemes of the consumer market at the regional level, the lack of infrastructure of wholesale and retail trade, insufficient protection of the subjects of trading activities against the pressure of criminal structures. To date, the market mechanism is not fully operational, which is complicated by the inadequate economic power of a particular group of distributive relations. | uk_UA |
