| dc.description.abstract | Банківська система є життєво важливою частиною національної інфраструктури та головним фактором економічної стабільності. Якщо банківська система стане уразливою або нестабільною, це може призвести до загальнонаціональних економічних та соціальних криз. Метою дослідження є дослідження особливостей функціонування банківської системи в умовах військового стану. Доведено що в умовах обмеженого фізичного доступу до банківських установ через можливі бойові дії, електронні сервіси стають незамінними для забезпечення безперебійного обслуговування клієнтів. Представлено згрупований перелік загроз функціонування банківської системи України. Сформовано заходи, які повинен вчинити центральний банк у вигляді НБУ щодо стабілізації банківської системи в умовах війни тощо. The banking system is a vital part of the national infrastructure and a major factor in economic stability. If the banking system becomes vulnerable or unstable, it could lead to nationwide economic and social crises. The purpose of the study is to study the peculiarities of the functioning of the banking system under martial law. It has been proven that in conditions of limited physical access to banking institutions due to possible hostilities, electronic services become indispensable to ensure uninterrupted customer service. A grouped list of threats to the functioning of the banking system of Ukraine is presented. The measures that the central bank in the form of the NBU should take to stabilize the banking system in war conditions have been formed. It has been established that conditions of instability can cause panic among the population, including in relation to financial stability etc. | |
