dc.description.abstractРозглянуто вплив зміни режимів тертя в трибоспряженнях деталей на коефіцієнт тертя робочих поверхонь. Показано можливість керування режимами тертя комбінованим модифікуванням моторної оливи: додавання присадки і обробка електричним або магнітним полем. Виявлено, що на різних режимах тертя змінюються середні значення коефіцієнта тертя. Визначено зміну режиму тертя при різних способах комбінованого модифікування оливи за встановленою залежністю електричного опору шару оливи від критерію Зоммерфельда. It is shown that the change of the modes of friction at tribounits of details substantially influences on the wear of their working surfaces and control by them maybe by means of modification by the electric and magnetic field of both working surfaces of details and motor oil. It is educed, that it is possible to define the mode of friction by the change of current parameters (strength of current, tension), power, electric resistance of motor oil at presence of separate layer of oil between interfaces by surfaces. It is certain that every value of criterion of Sommerfeld is answered by the concrete value of electric resistance, and the combined retrofitting electric resistance diminishes an additive and treatment of oil the electric or magnetic field at the different modes of friction by comparison to electric resistance of the base oil. According of researches, conducted on the machine of friction of 77МТ-1, the curves of Hersi-Shtribeka, it is educed after that, are built, that on the different modes of friction changes mean values of friction coefficient. By the nature changes of electric resistance in an interface "cylinder liner-piston ring" is set that in the moment of stopping of piston at dead centres it is minimum, and in the moment of achievement increases the piston of high speed. It is shown that it is assisted by not only the speed mode but also presence of layer of oil above a piston into that a ring ran at motion with BDC to TDC. In relation to other rings, then, probably, at motion of piston from TDC to BDC of oil ring and lower rings, having reverse taper, took off oil from the walls of shell of cylinder, that weakened the terms of the hydrodynamic mode of friction. The results of researches testify that for a double piston stroke the investigated surfaces co-operate at the different modes of friction: border, mixed and hydrodynamic lubrication. The mode of border friction assists labilizing of surfaces the additive of glycerate of copper in oil, that strengthens the effect of reduction of friction and losses of power. It is educed, that at the combined retrofitting of oil by an additive (сV = 4,0 %) and magnetic field (Н = 2,5∙104 A/м) in the hydrodynamic mode the coefficient of friction diminishes in 1,9 ... 2,3 time; mixed – in 1,1 ... 1,3 time; border – in 1,5 ... 1,8 time. It is set that electric resistance of layer of oil in an interface "cylinder liner-piston ring" in the moment of stopping of piston at "dead centres" minimum, and in the moment of achievement to them to high speed - maximal. It is certain, also, that at motion of piston from BDC to TDC electrical resistance of layer of oil there is more than from TDC to BDC time in 1,5. The change of the mode of friction is experimentally certain after the set dependence of electric resistance of layer of oil on the criterion of Sommerfeld and different methods of the combined modification of oil.uk_UA
