У статті проаналізовані передумови, ідеологічні засади та хід приватизації в Україні. Виявлені основні проблеми, пов’язані з приватизаційним процесом та запропоновані деякі заходи по їх вирішенню. Precondition, ideological foundations and the way privatization is realized in Ukraine are analyzed in the particular article. The main problems concerning the process of privatization are determined and some measures/arrangements as for their solution are offered.
