У статті проаналізовані основні засади реструктуризації суб’єктів реального сектору національної економіки України в період переходу від централізованої планової економіки до ринкової, а також на сучасному етапі. Purpose of the article - to reveal key aspects of enterprise restructuring in Ukraine, the causes significant problems in its implementation and ways to solve them. The article analyzes the basics of restructuring the subjects of the real sector of the economy of Ukraine in the period of transition from a centrally planned to a market economy, as well as at the present stage. The connection with the restructuring of the subjects of their privatization, as well as the possibility of using international experience in Ukrainian realities.
