    Сутність податкового потенціалу як економічної категорії

    В статті досліджена сутність економічної категорії «податковий потенціал». Розглянуті принципи застосування даної економічної категорії в контексті понять «податковий потенціал країни», «податковий потенціал регіону» та «податковий потенціал суб’єкта господарювання». Доведено, що пріоритетними повинні бути дослідження, спрямовані на визначення природи, сутності та оцінку податкового потенціалу суб’єктів господарювання (підприємств, установ, організацій) та населення – фізичних осіб, які отримують доходи, що згідно чинного податкового законодавства підлягають оподаткуванню, враховуючи те, що саме він є складовим податкового потенціалу держави та окремого регіону. Запропоновано визначення економічної категорії «податковий потенціал суб’єкта господарювання». The aim of the article is to outline the nature of the tax potential as an economic category in view of the need for its consideration in terms of different but interrelated elements of the economic system.The principles of the application of economic concepts in the context of the category "tax potential of the country", "tax potential of the region" and "tax potential of the entity" have been considered. It have been proved that the tax potential of the state as a whole, and a region including formed in the light of the components of the tax capacity of specific business entities doing business in the certain jurisdiction and tax potential of the population - individuals who receive income that is taxable under the current tax laws. The author determine of the entities (companies, organizations)`potential tax is the basis for further development of practical recommendations for the formation of informational maintenance of economic management subject tax potential’s evaluation.

    Підхід до оцінювання процесу управління конкурентоспроможністю підприємств

    У статті побудовано математичну модель, що дозволяє провести оцінювання процесу управління конкурентоспроможністю. Доведено значення потенціалу, та його вплив на політику управління підприємством. Визначено фактори якості життя, управляючи якими, можна впливати на конкурентоспроможність. The aim of the paper is to develop a mathematical model that allows for the evaluation of process management competitiveness. The paper considers the role of potential output, as a component of GDP, which characterizes the quality of life. On the basis of the production function by analyzing discrete mathematical model (difference equation). This equation describes the dynamics of the company. Also, in the article theexample of a mathematical model .. Thus, modeling the behavior of economic agents, as a system, is carried out on the basis of the difference equation that takes into account information external to the object and its internal state, providing the opportunity to develop options strategies through numerical control parameters to improve the competitiveness of enterprises and in accordance with the quality of work and life in the long run.

    The essential characteristics of the categories of “labour potential”, “labour potential of rural areas”

    The main existing approaches to the interpretation of the term "labour potential", "labour potential of rural areas," were considered. The new interpretation of the concept of "labour potential of rural areas" was suggested. Протягом останніх років суттєво загострилися проблеми у сфері збереження і розвитку трудового потенціалу сільської місцевості. Така ситуація стала наслідком невдалих економічних реформ, демографічної та економічної кризи. Українське село втратило свою привабливість для проживання, роботи і розвитку особистості. Питання сутності трудового потенціалу стали предметом наукового дослідження значного кола вчених. Але в той же час недостатньо приділено уваги дослідженню категорій «трудовий потенціал сільської місцевості». Метою статті є вивчення особливостей сучасних підходів до розуміння поняття «трудовий потенціал» з урахуванням особливостей трактування даної категорії щодо сільської місцевості. В статті розглянуто основні підходи до трактування поняття «трудовий потенціал», «трудовий потенціал АПК» «трудовий потенціал сільської місцевості», запропоновано власну інтерпретацію поняття «трудовий потенціал сільської місцевості».
