У роботі представлено проект 18-поверхового житлового будинку в м. Одеса. Розроблено архітектурно-планувальні та конструктивні рішення, виконано розрахунки основних несучих конструкцій. Запропоновано технологію та організацію будівництва об'єкта. Розглянуто питання охорони праці та захисту навколишнього середовища при зведенні будівлі. The paper presents a project of an 18-storey residential building in Odesa. Architectural planning and constructive solutions have been developed, calculations of the main load-bearing structures have been performed. The technology and organization of construction of the object are proposed. Issues of occupational safety and environmental protection during the construction of the building are considered.
