О.; Немченко, Т. А.The subject of the paper reveals the prospects of adopting the foreign experience to regulate the social development of human resources in Ukraine. In the global economic crisis, according to researchers, human resources should become the basis of the country's competitiveness on the world stage. Human resources accumulate skills, as well as they are mobile and adaptable to new challenges. By the author the definition of social development of human resources as a driving factor in strengthening the social welfare is presented, the main factors, which influence on it are identified and the mechanism of social development of human resources is presented. In paper the comparative analysis of the level of human resources development in Ukraine and other countries is conducted by the author. The position of Ukraine in the world ranking of human resources development was studied. Along with this, the Ukraine's place in the world ranking was determined by such indicators as: Human Capital Index, Quality of Life Index and the Legatum Prosperity Index. The author also identified the main weaknesses that hinder the achievement of efficiency in human resource management in general. The main vectors to which the state policy on human resources regulation should be directed were found out, and possible consequences of the global pandemic impact on further development of the state economy were highlighted. The tendencies of the global labour market were clarified and it is emphasized that in the economic crisis for the forming and development of human resources, in addition to overcoming the above problems, the state needs to strengthen influence on domestic enterprises to save workplaces. The paper also states that an important factor in the social development of human resources in the opinion of the world community is the forming of professional skills that will increase workforce competitiveness.Тип:Документ, The key determinants of the innovative oriented economies forming in the context of the world's countries prosperity ensuring(2020) Tkachuk, O.; Levchenko, A.; Kuzmenko, H.; Ткачук, О. І.The paper is devoted to the evaluation the impact of key determinants of innovation development and ensuring the worlds’ countries prosperity and working out the ways of increasing the innovative economic growth. By using the international statistic data of 40-ty countries, there were analyzed such indicators, as the level of GDP per capita and other indicators, such as expenditure on education, tertiary enrolment, graduates in science & engineering, number of researchers, gross expenditure on R&D, knowledge-intensive employment, intellectual property payments, high-tech imports, high-tech net exports and creative goods exports. As a result of calculating pairwise correlation coefficients between indicators, it was determined, that the most significant influence on the level of GDP per capita make such three variables: number of researchers, gross expenditure on R&D, knowledge-intensive employment. There were suggested the main directions of innovative development and prosperity raising for four groups of actors within the Quadruple Helix Model: state (government), universities and scientific institutions, business, civil society.Тип:Документ, The comparative analysis of human resources development: modern tendencies and ways of increasing in terms of forming the innovative ecosystems(NGO International Research, Education & Training Center, 2020) Levchenko, A.; Левченко, А. О.The purpose of this paper is to conduct a comparative analysis of human resources development in the countries of the world and in Ukraine, taking into account the global competitiveness index, the level of skills of current workforce and labour market development, components of innovation ecosystems such as business dynamism and innovation capability for 45 countries. Also, were analyzed the level of GDP per capita and the average monthly salary for these countries. It was marked out, that in the growth of innovation ecosystems the leading role play personnel professional development and availability in the country of specialists, capable for effective innovative work. At the same time, the increasing of globalization, integration and competition processes in the world leads to raising the demands for knowledge and skills of human resources. In turn, innovative progress should contribute to the economic well-being of the country and its citizens.
