Item Revitalization of Rural Areas of the Carpathian Region in the Context of EU Macro–Regional Strategy(Babes-Bolyai University, 2022) Sytnyk, N.; Humeniuk, V.; Sych, O.; Hlevatska, N.; Глевацька, Н. М.Rural areas of the Ukrainian part of the Carpathian Euroregion face several challenges in their development such as declining natural growth, migration, unemployment, low level of gross domestic product per capita, small rural households, having low quality land used for cultivation of a limited number of crops. The introduction of the state strategy for the region could be the instrument to revitalize the rural areas. However, there are unresolved scientific debates about the most effective tools for the strategy that would focus on specific challenges of the mountain rural areas. The aim of the article is to answer the questions: what are the dynamics of the main socio-economic indicators of the mountain rural territories in comparison with the Ukraine and EU? What are the main disadvantages of the region and how they could be solved using the EU experience? The calculation of statistical indicators showed a divergence - differences with the average indicators across the country and the EU in 2011-2019. The method of SWOT analysis reveals the factors of internal and external environment that have a positive and negative impact on the development of rural areas. Based on the European experience of implementation of the Common Agricultural Policy, new elements were proposed to be considered in the Ukrainian strategy: introduction of a systematic approach to the creation of the rural strategy, greening agricultural production and the implementation of the concept of smart villages in Carpathian region. С.Item Дослідження динаміки безробіття у Кіровоградській області та розробка шляхів його зниження(Університет економіки та права «КРОК», 2018) Глевацька, Н. М.; Hlevatskaya, N.Метою дослідження є аналіз рівня, особливостей, проблем та розробка напрямів зниження безробіття у Кіровоградському регіоні. Було встановлено, що у загальноукраїнському поділі праці Кіровоградська область характеризується аграрно-індустріальною спеціалізацією. Аналіз основних показників ринку праці України та Кіровоградської області за останні 7 років дав можливість зробити наступні висновки. Чисельність економічно активного населення в Україні і у Кіровоградській області з кожним роком скорочується. Чисельність безробітного населення за методологією МОП зростала майже кожного року. Загалом по Україні показник безробітного населення працездатного віку поступово наближається до 10% економічно активного населення. Представлене дослідження стану ринку праці Кіровоградської області за 5 років по таких показниках: чисельність осіб, котрі мали статус безробітного; чисельність працевлаштованих осіб; проходження профнавчання; участь мешканців Кіровоградської області у громадських роботах та роботах тимчасового характеру; чисельність зареєстрованих безробітних осіб; чисельність одержуючих допомогу по безробіттю; зміна потреб підприємств у працівниках; навантаження на одне вільне робоче місце. Згідно результатів негативні тенденцій ринку праці області в тому, що чисельність працевлаштованих та осіб, які навчалися новим професіям, знижувалася, при цьому, починаючи із 2016 року, потреба підприємств у працівниках невпинно зростає. Це явище можна пояснити масовою трудовою міграцією. Отже, проведене нами дослідження показало, що ринок праці області має високий ступінь розбалансованості. Основними причинами цього є: обмеженість сфери прикладання праці в зв’язку з переважно сільськогосподарським типом виробництва; низька територіальна мобільність населення; недостатній рівень кваліфікації населення, а також низька інвестиційна активність. Подальше збереження такої ситуації у близькій перспективі неминуче поглибить кількісний та якісний дисбаланс на ринку праці області. Були визначені напрями зниження безробіття у Кіровоградській області. A research aim are an analysis of level, features, problems and development of directions of decline of unemployment in the Kirovohrad region. It was set that in the з All-Ukrainian division of labor the Kirovohrad area is characterized by agrarian-industrial specialization. The analysis of basic indexes of labour-market of Ukraine and Kirovohrad area for 7 last the gave an opportunity to do next conclusions. Quantity economically active population in Ukraine and in the Kirovohrad area with every year grows short. The quantity of unemployed population on methodology of МОП grew almost every year. On the whole on Ukraine he index of unemployed population of capable of working age is gradually approached to 10 % economically active population. Presented research of such indexes: quantity of persons that had status of unemployed person; quantity of the employed persons; passing is professional studies; participating of habitants of the Kirovohrad area is in social works and works of temporal character; quantity of the registered unemployed persons; a change of necessities of enterprises is in workers; loading is into one free working place. In obedience to results negative market of labour of areatendencies in that quantity of employed and persons that studied to the new professions, went down thus, beginning from 2016, the requirement of enterprises in workers grows unceasingly This phenomenon on can be explained by mass labour migration. Thus, study undertaken a by us showed that the labour-market of area had a high degree of disbalance. Principal reasons of it are: limit nature of sphere of appendix of labour in connection with the mainly agricultural type of production; subzero territorial mobility of pulation; insufficient level of qualification of population, and alsosubzero investment activity. Further maintenance of such situation in a near prospectunavoidable will deepen a quantitative and quality disbalanceat the market of abour of area.
