Запропоновано новий метод розрахунку ефективності пило – та золовловлювання циклонів з
циліндроконічною та циліндродифузорною формою корпусу, а також розрахунку коефіцієнту
гідравлічного опору циклонів з циліндро конічною формою корпусу. Метод засновано на використанні
інтегрального параметру інтенсивності закручування потоку – критерію кінематичної подібності. A new method has been suggested to calculate the efficiency of dust and ash collection by cyclone
separators with cylindrical – diffusire form of the cone as well as to calcylate the pressure loss coefficient in
cyclones with cylindrical – conical form of the case. The method is based on the use of the integral parameter of flow twist intensity as a criterion of kinematic similarity of the internal swirling flows. At analyzing 13 most wide – spread cyclone dust separators it was shown that the suggested method was several timesmore accurated than the already known methods of calculation.
