Мета роботи – підвищення ефективності очищення зерна.
В роботі теоретично обґрунтовані параметри повітряних каналів і узгоджені з системою решітного очищення. Отримана аналітична залежність глибини повітряного каналу від питомої подачі в межах. Виконані інженерні розрахунки основних і допоміжних робочих органів ОВС-25 і встановлені основні конструктивні параметри зерноочисної машини. Розроблені креслення удосконалених елементів конструкції.
The master's thesis is devoted to the improvement of the aspiration system of the OVS-25 machine.
The purpose of the work is to increase the efficiency of grain cleaning.
In the work, the parameters of the air channels are theoretically justified and coordinated with the grate cleaning system. The analytical dependence of the depth of the air channel on the specific supply within the limits was obtained. Engineering calculations of the main and auxiliary working bodies of OVS-25 were performed and the main design parameters of the grain cleaning machine were established. Developed drawings of improved design elements.
