    Механізація вирощування кукурудзи з обґрунтуванням конструкції прикочуючого котка сівалки VESTA-8

    Загортання насіння кукурудзи в ґрунт, є останнім і головним етапом посіву, на якому формуються найсприятливіші умови для його проростання. У зв'язку з цим в даній роботі вирішується проблема вдосконалення технології загортання насіння кукурудзи та конструкції котка сівалки, що спрямована на покращення умов проростання насіння. Тому метою досліджень є підвищення ефективності роботи котка посівної секції сівалки Vesta 8 шляхом удосконалення та обґрунтування її конструктивно-технологічних параметрів. В технологічній частині було обґрунтовано особливості і умови вирощування кукурудзи в господарстві та визначені напрямки покращання технології. В науковій частині проаналізовані якісні показники роботи прикочуючого котка сівалки VESTA-8, з’ясовані недоліки та запропонована удосконалена конструкція прикочуючого котка, проведені його експериментальні дослідження. Wrapping corn seeds in the soil is the last and main stage of sowing, which creates the most favorable conditions for its germination. In this regard, this paper solves the problem of improving the technology of wrapping corn seeds and the design of the seed drill, which aims to improve the conditions for seed germination. Therefore, the aim of the research is to increase the efficiency of the roller of the sowing section of the seeder Vesta 8 by improving and substantiating its design and technological parameters. In the technological part the peculiarities and conditions of corn cultivation in the farm were substantiated and the directions of technology improvement were determined. The scientific part analyzes the qualitative performance of the VESTA-8 seed roller, clarifies the shortcomings and proposes an improved design of the roller, conducted experimental studies.

    Загортання насіння квасолі ґрунтом є заключною стадією посіву, при якій відбувається утворення найбільш сприятливих умов для її проростання. В зв’язку з цим актуальною є проблема удосконалення технології загортання насіння квасолі і конструкції загортачів сівалки Vesta 8, яка направлена на покращення умов проростання насіння. Тому метою досліджень є підвищення ефективності роботи загортачів посівної секції просапної сівалки шляхом вдосконалення і обґрунтування їх конструктивно-технологічних параметрів. В технологічній частині було обґрунтовано особливості і умови вирощування квасолі в господарстві та визначені напрямки покращання технології. В науковій частині проаналізовані якісні показники роботи загортаючих робочих органів сівалки VESTA-8, з’ясовані недоліки та запропонована удосконалена конструкція загортаючів, проведені їх теоретичні дослідження. In this regard, the problem of improving the technology of bean seed wrapping and the design of Vesta 8 seeder wrappers, which is aimed at improving the conditions of seed germination, is urgent. Therefore, the aim of the research is to increase the efficiency of the wrappers of the sowing section of the row seeder by improving and substantiating their design and technological parameters. In the technological part the peculiarities and conditions of growing beans on the farm were substantiated and the directions of technology improvement were determined. In the scientific part the qualitative indicators of work of wrapping working bodies of the VESTA-8 seeder are analyzed, shortcomings are found out and the improved design of wrappers is offered, their theoretical researches are carried out.
