    В результаті виконання кваліфікаційної роботи розроблені пропозиції по вдосконаленню технологічних процесів на комплексі. Запропонований безпривязно-боксовий спосіб утримання та розроблена технологічна схема організації праці при виробництві молока. Розрахована необхідна потреба машин та обладнання для комплексної механізації технологічних процесів,а також розроблена технологічна карта виробництва молока. Запропоновано модернізацію подрібнювача коренерізки та в результаті технологічних розрахунків визначено основні параметри вдосконаленого вузла, що дозволило збільшити продуктивність коренерізки. As a result of qualification work, proposals for improving the technological processes at the complex have been developed. The loose-boxing way of maintenance is offered and the technological scheme of the organization of work at milk production is developed. The necessary needs of machines and equipment for complex mechanization of technological processes are calculated, as well as the technological map of milk production is developed. Modernization of the root cutter is proposed and as a result of technological calculations the main parameters of the improved unit are determined, which allowed to increase the productivity of root cutter.

    Механізація виробництва молока з модернізацією дробарки зерна

    Проведений огляд основних типів конструкції машин для подрібнення кормів та обрано для подальшого вдосконалення молоткову кормодробарку ДБ-5. Проведено теоретичні дослідження коливань шарнірно закріпленого молотка при його ударі по шару зерна. Доведено необхідність синхронізації коливань молотка з обертанням ротора. Вдосконалена конструкція молотка та ротора, який встановлено у дробарці ДБ-5. Розроблена вдосконалена технологія виробництва молока з використанням сучасного обладнання та кормоцеху з модернізованою дробаркою ДБ-5. Проведений аналіз дії шкідливих факторів на оператора дробарки. Перевірено відповідність конструкції дробарки вимогам стандартів безпеки праці. Розрахунковий річний економічний ефект (736350,9 грн.) підтверджує необхідність вдосконалення технології виробництва молока з впровадженням зернових кормодробарок з раціональними параметрами молотка. A review of the main types of construction of machines for grinding feed and selected for further improvement of the hammer feed crusher DB-5. Theoretical researches of oscillations of the hinged hammer at its blow on a grain layer are carried out. The necessity of synchronization of hammer oscillations with rotor rotation is proved. Improved design of the hammer and rotor, which is installed in the crusher DB-5. Improved technology of milk production with the use of modern equipment and feed shop with modernized crusher DB-5 has been developed. The analysis of the effect of harmful factors on the crusher operator is carried out. The conformity of the crusher design to the requirements of labor safety standards has been checked. The estimated annual economic effect (UAH 736,350.9) confirms the need to improve the technology of milk production with the introduction of grain feed crushers with rational hammer parameters.
