Item Механізація вирощування соняшника з обґрунтуванням конструкції сошника сівалки VESTA-8(ЦНТУ, 2021-12-23) Калюжний, Олександр Іванович; Kalyuzhnyy, OleksandrПідвищення врожайності сільськогосподарських культур за рахунок покращення процесу сівби є досить актуальною та необхідною роботою для впровадження більш продуктивних та технологічних прийомів вирощування. Тому метою досліджень було підвищення ефективності роботи насіннєвого сошника посівної секції сівалки точного висіву шляхом вдосконалення і обґрунтування його конструктивно-технологічних параметрів. В технологічній частині було обґрунтовано особливості вирощування соняшника в господарстві та визначені напрямки покращання технології. В науковій частині проаналізовані якісні показники роботи сошника сівалки VESTA-8, з’ясовані недоліки та запропонована удосконалена конструкція сошника, проведені його експериментальні дослідження. Increasing crop yields by improving the sowing process is quite relevant and necessary work for the introduction of more productive and technological methods of cultivation. Therefore, the aim of the research was to increase the efficiency of the seed opener of the sowing section of the precision seed drill by improving and substantiating its design and technological parameters. In the technological part the peculiarities of sunflower cultivation in the farm were substantiated and the directions of technology improvement were determined. In the scientific part the qualitative indicators of operation of the opener of the VESTA-8 seeder are analyzed, shortcomings are found out and the improved design of the opener is offered, its experimental researches are carried out.Item Механізація вирощування цукрових буряків з модернізацією сошника сівалки УПС-12(ЦНТУ, 2021-12-17) Зінов`єв, Дмитро Леонідович; Zinov`yev, DmytroГоловний етап вирощування це посів насіння. Посів покликаний створити умови для проростання насіння та подальшого розвитку рослин, що дають змогу прискорити їх появу на поверхні, а отже, підвищити врожайність. У зв’язку з цим постає необхідність вдосконалення технології посіву та конструкції сошника сівалки УПС 12, з метою покращення умов проростання насіння. В технологічній частині було обґрунтовано особливості і умови вирощування цукрових буряків в господарстві та визначені напрямки покращання технології. В науковій частині проаналізовані якісні показники роботи сошника сівалки УПС-12, з’ясовані недоліки та запропонована удосконалена конструкція сошника, проведені його теоретичні дослідження. The main stage of cultivation is sowing seeds. Sowing is designed to create conditions for seed germination and further development of plants, which allows to accelerate their appearance on the surface and, consequently, increase yields. Therefore, there is a need to improve the technology of sowing and the design of the opener of the seeder UPS 12, in order to improve the conditions for seed germination. In the technological part the peculiarities and conditions of sugar beet cultivation in the farm were substantiated and the directions of technology improvement were determined. In the scientific part the qualitative indicators of operation of the opener of the UPS-12 seeder are analyzed, shortcomings are found out and the improved design of the opener is offered, its theoretical researches are carried out.
