Researching problems development of enterprises and the use by management techniques in the context of their activities. The goal by studying specific manifestations of developmental processes in the company and factors that determine the conditions of their functioning and affect the effectiveness by the activities. Analyzed and comprehensively structured classification list of the specific manifestations of developmental processes in the enterprise. We have studied the factors that determine the conditions for the functioning of enterprises and which affect their complex development. Defined alternative components for building of the scheme by development of technologies management activity by the enterprise. There is considerable influence in recent years, the external factors, which makes less sustainable economic equilibrium and stability of economic entities. When building algorithm development technologies management activity of the enterprise is proposed to include only controllable factors, since they are dependent on enterprises and can be regulated.
