О.Under the conditions of knowledge-based economy and under influence of the 4th Industrial Revolution education has become a strategic factor of social development and achieving of this goal will be possible only through the population's involving the lifelong learning. The purpose of this paper is to determine the dependence between competitiveness of any country and level of its lifelong learning under conditions of development knowledge-based economy. Particular actuality is associated with necessity of the lifelong learning in the process of working in dimension of innovative oriented economy. The study covers the relationship between the level of lifelong learning and level of the country’s development, the impact of lifelong learning on it. As a result, it was defined, between competitiveness and level of lifelong learning exists a close relationship. The matrix shows the 4 groups of countries with different levels of competitiveness and lifelong leaning. The achieved results of created matrix suggest that the instruments of Nordic model of lifelong learning is the most effective, as the results, these countries. В умовах розвитку економіки знань та під впливом 4-ої Промислової революції освіта стала стратегічним чинником соціального розвитку, і досягнення цієї мети стане можливим лише завдяки залученню населення до навчання впродовж життя. Метою статті є визначення залежності між конкурентоспроможністю будь-якої країни та рівнем її безперервного навчання в умовах розвитку знаннєвої економіки. Актуалізація пов'язана з необхідністю безперервного навчання в процесі роботи в сфері інноваційно-орієнтованої економіки. Дослідження охоплює взаємозв'язок між рівнем освіти протягом усього життя і рівнем розвитку країни, впливом на неї навчання впродовж життя. В результаті було визначено, що між конкурентоспроможністю і рівнем освіти протягом усього життя існує тісний взаємозв'язок. Матриця являє собою 4 групи країн з різними рівнями конкурентоспроможності та схильності до навчання протягом життя. О.На сучасному етапі кожна країна зазнає впливу вищої освіти в умовах розвитку економіки, заснованої на знаннях та під впливом 4-ої Промислової революції, яка почалася на нинішньому етапі розвитку економіки. Метою цієї статті є визначення економічних і соціальних аспектів здобуття вищої освіти, впливу вищої освіти на економіку загалом, впливу вищої освіти в контексті поточних змін, що викликає необхідність навчання вродовж життя. Особлива актуальність пов'язана з необхідністю навчання впродовж життя в сучасній економіці. Дослідження охоплює взаємозв'язок між рівнем освіти та розвитком соціально-економічного потенціалу країни, а також впливу вищої освіти на неї. Як результат, основні вимоги, які висвітлює сфера вищої освіти на сучасному етапі, особливо в контексті трансформації країн під впливом 4-ї Промислової революції. The effect of the higher education under the conditions of knowledge-based economy and under influence of the 4th Industrial Revolution that started at the current stage of economies' development, is being experienced by each country. The purpose of this paper is to identify the economic and social aspects of obtaining higher education, the influence of higher education on the economy, the impact of higher education in the context of current changes on the necessity of the lifelong learning. Particular actuality is associated with necessity of the lifelong learning in the process of working at current economy. The study covers the relationship between the level of education and the development of social and economic potential of a country, the impact of higher education on it. As a result the basic requirements which the sector of higher education should face at modern stage, especially in the context of transformation of countries under influence of the 4th Industrial Revolution.Item Інноваційний вимір розвитку вищої освіти України: сучасний стан та перспективи(Ексклюзив-Систем, 2016) Левченко, О. В.У монографії комплексно досліджено питання трансформації ролі вищої освіти в умовах становлення інноваційної моделі національної економіки, обґрунтовано механізми інтенсифікації трансферу освітньо-професійних знань. Авторами проаналізовано сучасний стан, тенденції, кількісні та якісні аспекти підготовки фахівців у сфері вищої освіти з урахуванням територіальних особливостей даного процесу та міжнародного досвіду, особливості формування моделі зайнятості фахівців в умовах інноваційного розвитку національної економіки. У роботі приділена увага питанням підвищення конкурентоспроможності випускників вищих навчальних закладів на ринку праці, забезпечення їх своєчасного та ефективного професійного навчання за умов інтенсивного розвитку національної економіки. У монографії досліджено питання підготовки фахівців для іноземних країн як чинника збереження потенціалу та розвитку вітчизняної вищої освіти в умовах скорочення власного контингенту абітурієнтів. Значна увага приділена розробці напрямів удосконалення державного регулювання сфер підготовки та зайнятості фахівців з вищою освітою, таких як: запровадження стратегії та механізму підвищення конкурентоспроможності випускників вищих навчальних закладів, програм сприяння зайнятості молоді з вищою освітою, поліпшення державного регулювання експорту освітніх послуг, відносин соціального партнерства та активізації взаємодії роботодавців з вищими навчальними закладами. Монографія розрахована на широке коло фахівців сфери вищої освіти, науковців, викладачів, роботодавців, працівників органів державної влади і місцевого самоврядування. In the monograph the question of transformation of the role of higher education in the condition of the becoming of an innovative model of national economy is comprehensively studied, the mechanisms of intensifying transfer of educational and professional knowledge are justified. The current status, tendencies, quantitative and qualitative aspects of training of specialists in the sphere of higher education, taking into account the territorial peculiarities of such process and international experience, the peculiarities of formation model of employment of specialists in the conditions of the innovative development of national economy are analyzed by the authors. In this monograph it was paid attention to improving the competitiveness of graduates of universities on the labor market, providing them with timely and effective professional training under the conditions of intensive development of the national economy. The question about preparing the specialists for foreign countries as a factor of the preservation and development of national higher education in the condition of reducing its own contingent of students was explored in the monograph. A considerable attention is paid to the development of directions of improvement of the state regulation the spheres of training and employment the specialists with higher education, such as: implementation the strategies and mechanism of increasing the competitiveness of university's graduates, support programs of employment of youth with higher education, improvement of state regulation of educational services' export, social partnership relationships and intensification of interaction of the employers with universities. The monograph is designed for a wide range of specialists of the sphere of higher education, researchers, professors, employers, employees of bodies of state authority and local municipality.
