The analysis of present-day situation of labour and educational services markets of the region have been carried out using the materials of Kirovohrad region. У статті розглянуто актуальні проблеми розвитку ринку праці та ринку освітніх послуг. Здійснено аналіз сучасного стану ринку праці та ринку освітніх послуг регіону на матеріалах Кіровоградської області. Охарактеризовані ключові проблеми взаємопов'язаного функціонування ринків праці та освітніх послуг. Запропоновано напрями вдосконалення взаємодії ринку праці та ринку освітніх послуг регіону.
