У статті розглядаються деякі погляди на роль і механізм державного регулювання науково-технічного розвитку в цілому та його окремих сфер в умовах ринкових відносин. Відзначено, що вирішення проблем регулювання науково-технічного розвитку має здійснюватися на збалансованій основі, враховувати взаємодію інноваційної політики з іншими складовими державного регулювання соціально-економічних процесів.
In the article some views on the role and mechanism of state regulation of scientific and technical development in general and its individual spheres in the conditions of market relations are considered. It is noted that the decision of problems of regulation of scientific and technical development should be carried out on a balanced basis, taking into account the interaction of innovation policy with other components of state regulation of socio-economic processes.
