Main tendencies and problems connected with the formation of intellectual potential of youth were determined.Item Напруженість соціально-трудових відносин як перешкода розвитку трудового потенціалу(2015) Петіна, О. М.; Petina, O.У статті досліджується питання впливу соціально-трудових відносин на розвиток трудового потенціалу України. Визначено, що на гальмування розвитку трудового потенціалу впливають зовнішні і внутрішні фактори соціально-трудової сфери. Проведено аналіз рівня оплати праці найманих працівників, рівня безробіття в Україні та Європі. Розглянуто вплив зовнішньої трудової міграції на трудовий потенціал суспільства. На основі аналізу визначено основні протиріччя, які виникають у сфері соціально-трудових відносин та викладено причини, які перешкоджають ефективному розвитку трудового потенціалу. Виявлено, що відбувся перехід значної частини працівників інтелектуальної праці у сфери некваліфікованої, але високодохідної діяльності, що перетворило трудову мотивацію на мотивацію виживання. Обґрунтовано необхідність розробки заходів для збереження вітчизняного трудового потенціалу, забезпечення ефективної зайнятості, збалансованості попиту та пропозиції на ринку праці. Запропоновано шляхи подолання напруженості в соціально-трудовій сфері з метою розвитку та реалізації трудового потенціалу. The article examines the impact of social and labor relations on the development of labor potential of Ukraine. It was determined that the internal and external factors of social and labor issues are influenced of labor potential. The compensation of employees, unemployment in Ukraine and Europe is analyzed. The influenced of labor migration on the labor potential of society is depicted. The main contradictions are defined that arise in labor relations and stated the reasons that prevent the effective development of labor potential. Revealed that there were quite a lot of workers in the areas of intellectual labor unskilled, but highly profitable activity, which made labor motivation to motivation survival. It was justified the necessity of developing measures to preserve domestic employment potential, ensuring effective employment, balance supply and demand in the labor market. The ways of overcoming tensions in social and labor issues is offered order to develop and implement employment potential.Item Інтелектуальний потенціал: проблеми реалізації(НАПКС, 2011) Семикіна, М. На основі аналізу визначено пріоритетні чинники впливу, ключові тенденції, перешкоди в реалізації інтелектуального потенціалу зайнятого населення. Trends in the management and development of the intellectual potential of the population employed in the economy have been analyzed. Recommendations to improve existing approaches to the state management of these processes have been worked out.
