Визначено основні фактори, що стримують розвиток ТНК у вітчизняному аграрному секторі. The development of transnational corporations in the agrarian sector of Ukraine was analyzes in the article. The positive and negative trends in their business were generalized. The main reasons that hinder the development of multinationals in agrarian sector in Ukraine were identified. Due to the transnational corporations there are dissemination of innovative technologies and improvement of the production base of the country, where the branches of corporations are positioned. The author has analysed the legislative base and the principles of the activity of transnational corporations, systematized the corporations that work in agriculture.
