В.; Dmitrishin, B.У статті обґрунтовано роль та значимість інновацій у контексті сучасних умов розвитку готельно-ресторанного бізнесу. Проаналізовано вплив війни з Росією на готельно-ресторанне господарство України. Узагальнено та згруповано за принципом ключової спрямованості функції інновацій та інноваційних технологій в індустрії гостинності. Зосереджено увагу на важливості врахування теорії поколінь та передових digital-технологій під час розробки та впровадження інноваційних технологій у готельно-ресторанній галузі. Методологічною базою роботи виступали системний підхід, методи наукової абстракції, узагальнення, аналізу і синтезу. Застосування системного підходу обумовило необхідність формування відповідної термінологічної бази, а досліджувану реальність описувати через сукупність властивостей та характеристик. Методи наукової абстракції та узагальнення дозволили визначити питання, які потребують подальшого науково доопрацювання та вдосконалення, а синтезу – розробити систему практичних рекомендацій. The article substantiates the significance of innovations in the context of modern conditions of hotel and restaurant business development. The war with Russia’s impact on the hotel and restaurant industry of Ukraine is analyzed. The functions of innovation and innovative technologies in the hospitality industry are summarized and grouped according to the principle of the key focus. The importance of using the theory of generations and advanced digital technologies during the development and implementation of innovative technologies in the hotel and restaurant industry is emphasized. The methodological bases of the work are the system approach, methods of scientific abstraction, generalization, analysis and synthesis. The application of the system approach necessitated the formation of an appropriate terminological base, and the researched reality should be described through a set of properties and characteristics. А.In modern economic conditions, the dairy industry, on the one hand, belongs to the complex in both organizational and technological aspects of its components, and on the other hand, it is an industry that remains a leader in animal husbandry. The study is to consider current trends in dairy production, identify areas for increasing milk production in farms and identify practical recommendations for possible transformational changes in farms It is determined that the dairy industry is gaining more importance in the food systems of most countries. The productivity of cows by regions of Ukraine and at the international level in some countries was studied. It was found that the importance of increasing the production of all types of products, especially milk for the development of the livestock industry, and the dairy industry in the agri-food sector to provide the population with wholesome food. Problems that hinder the development of the industry are identified. A number of restraining factors in the development of the dairy industry have been identified, namely: low purchase prices, difficulties with capital construction and modernization of farms and premises due to unprofitable credit policies of financial institutions for farmers, low level of integration of dairy production and processing, У сучасних умовах господарювання галузь молочного скотарства, з одного боку, належить до складних як в організаційному, так і в технологічному аспектах його складових, а з іншого, це галузь, яка залишається провідною в тваринництві. Дослідження полягає у розгляді сучасних тенденцій розвитку молочного виробництва, визначенні напрямків збільшення виробництва молока в господарствах та визначенні практично значимих рекомендацій стосовно можливих трансформаційних змін в господарствах. Визначено, що молочна галузь набуває більшої вагомості у продовольчих системах більшості країн. Досліджено продуктивність корів за регіонами України та на міжнародному рівні в окремих країнах. Встановлено значення збільшення обсягів виробництва всіх видів продукції, особливо молока для розвитку тваринницької галузі, а молочної промисловості в агропродовольчому секторі для забезпечення населення повноцінними продуктами харчування.Item type:Item, Event-менеджмент в індустрії туризму(ЦНТУ, 2021) Малюта, Л. Висвітлено наукові підходи до тлумачення поняття «event-менеджмент» за певними критеріями та ознаками. Дано авторське визначення сутності категорій «індустрія туризму» та «event-менеджмент». Розкрито потенціал event-менеджменту в індустрії туризму. Досліджено систему організації та проведення event- менеджменту в світовій практиці і обґрунтовано рекомендації щодо її застосування в українських реаліях. Проаналізовано стан event-менеджменту в Україні та окреслено перспективні напрями його розвитку в межах туристичного бізнесу. In a knowledge-based economy, the most important issues of modernity areas development – event management become especially relevant. Current trends in the development of such socio-economic activity areas as event management is directly represented in the practice of event tourism, within which the creation, planning, conduction and event management. In order to manage a modern system of event tourism, event management is called to summarize the existing experience, give practical recommendations taking into account the specifics of various events, as well as improving this system of relations. Event management becomes an innovative tool for achieving the goals of the organization at its all operation stages. It is also worthily to note the importance of using event management technologies in the formation of a positive organization image, corporate culture and increase its competitiveness in the market. The article highlights the scientific approaches to the interpretation of the category "event management" according to certain criteria and characteristics. The author's definition of the categories essences "tourism industry" and "event management" is given. It is proved that event tourism is a fast-growing industry, which in recent years occupies a dominant position in the general classification of tourism. The potential of event management in the tourism industry is revealed. The system of organization and event-management carrying out in the world practice is investigated and recommendations concerning its application in Ukrainian realities are substantiated. The state of event management in Ukraine is analyzed and perspective directions of its development within the tourist business are outlined. The practical significance of the obtained results is manifested in their usefulness for optimizing the event managers’ work in the process of creating, planning, organizing and conducting events, as well as for improving and increasing the efficiency of existing technologies in the event organization field. In addition, they contribute to the clarification of "event management" concept in Ukrainian scientific community. Представлено трактування терміну «постконфліктні території». Проведено аналіз промислової галузі Донецької та Луганської областей та виявлено причини падіння обсягів реалізації промислової продукції. Охарактеризовано провідні підприємства промислового сектору Донецької та Луганської областей, які знаходяться на території підконтрольної української владі. Проведено аналіз напрямів для стимулювання промислового сектору української економіки. Визначено пріоритетні напрями стимулювання розвитку промисловості у містах, які перебувають на постконфліктних територіях. The purpose of the article is to study the priority areas of stimulating the development of industry in cities in post-conflict areas. Today, the processes of implementing measures to rebuild cities in post-conflict territories are carried out on the basis of the old industrial policy, which negatively affects the industrial and economic potential of the country as a whole. The issues of structural changes in industry remain unresolved and controversial, which determines the need for the formation of new tools, mechanisms, stabilization measures for the implementation of transformational development processes. Therefore, the priority today is the issue of developing directions for harmonization, restructuring, stimulating the strategic development of the industrial Иsector of the economy of cities in post-conflict territories. The article presents the interpretation of the term "post-conflict territories". The analysis of the industrial sector of Donetsk and Lugansk regions was carried out, on the basis of which the reasons for the fall in the volume of sales of industrial products were identified. The leading enterprises of the industrial sector of the Donetsk and Lugansk regions, which are located on the territory controlled by the Ukrainian government, are Иpresented. The analysis of directions for stimulating the industrial sector of the Ukrainian economy is carried out. The priority directions of stimulating the development of industry in cities located in post-conflict territories have been determined. As a result of the study of priority areas for stimulating the development of industry in cities located in the post-conflict territories of Donetsk and Lugansk regions, it can be concluded that the development strategy should be implemented through the modernization of production, innovative developments, reorientation of the economic and economic activities of industrial enterprises, increasing the investment attractiveness of the region, at the level states - improving legislative and tax management mechanisms, developing general strategies for the development of territories and industrial facilities. Статья посвящена анализу и поиску приоритетных направлений стимулирования развития промышленных предприятий, которые находятся на постконфликтных территориях. Представлена трактовка термина «постконфликтные территории». Проведен анализ промышленной отрасли Донецкой и Луганской областей на основании чего выявлены причины падения объемов реализации промышленной продукции. Охарактеризованы ведущие предприятия промышленного сектора Донецкой и Луганской областей, которые находятся на территории подконтрольной украинской власти. Проведен анализ направлений для стимулирования промышленного сектора украинской экономики. Определены приоритетные направления стимулирования развития промышленности в городах, находящихся на постконфликтных территориях.
