І.; Царенко, І. О.The paper deals with the issue of innovation ecosystem. The aim of this paper is to highlight the role of universities in forming the innovation ecosystems at the current stage. For the purposes of this paper, the analysis of approaches to the definition of the concept of "innovation ecosystem" is presented. The characteristics of innovation ecosystem are described. The factors, which facilitate the innovation ecosystems are grouped by the following dimensions: resources, governance, strategy and leadership, organizational culture, human resources management, people, partners, technology and clustering. The main features of both types of ecosystem (industry-driven ecosystem and university-driven ecosystem) at different levels are analyzed. The peculiarities of the main interactions between industry-driven ecosystem and university-driven ecosystem are noted.Item Досвід формування та розвитку кластерів у постсоціалістичних країнах у контексті національної безпеки України(2017) Орлова, А. А.; Бугаєва, М. В.; Orlova, A.; Buhaieva, M.У статті визначено стратегічні загрози національній та економічній безпеці України на сучасному етапі. Досліджено їх причини та зпрогнозовано вірогідні наслідки. На підставі аналізу формування та розвитку кластерів у деяких постсоціалістичних країнах визначено корисні заходи та можливості подолання або мінімізації цих загроз. Розкрито відмінності між поняттями „промисловий” кластер та „інноваційний” кластер. Запропоновані заходи стосуються різних застосовуваних аспектів: державного регулювання та сприяння розвитку кластерів, класифікації та підпорядкування сучасних територіально-виробничих угрупувань, територіальної організації та розміщення інноваційного виробництва, посилення інноваційної конкурентоздатності регіону тощо. У матеріалі здійснено їх систематизацію у відповідності до конкретних країн, досвід яких аналізується та рекомендується до впровадження. Результати дослідження спираються не лише на досвід постсоціалістичних країн, а й на практику господарювання країн-лідерів світового економічного розвитку. The article identifies strategic threats to national and economic security of Ukraine at the present stage. Their causes are investigated and probable consequences are predicted. Based on the analysis of cluster formation and development in some post-socialist countries, useful measures and possibilities for overcoming or minimizing these threats have been identified. The differences between the concepts of „industrial” cluster and „innovative” cluster are revealed. The proposed measures relate to various aspects applied: state regulation and promotion of cluster development, classification and subordination of modern territorial and production groups, territorial organization and placement of innovative production, strengthening of innovative competitiveness of the region, etc. The material has been systematized in accordance with specific countries, whose experience is being analyzed and recommended prior to implementation. The results of the study are based not only on the experience of post-socialist countries, but also on the practice of managing countries, which are the leaders of the world economic development.
