    Роль страхових компаній у фінансовій інклюзії та доступності страхових послуг

    У роботі досліджено теоретичні засади фінансової інклюзії на страховому ринку. Розглянуто сутність та значення фінансової інклюзії та її значення для економічного розвитку та її чинники. Досліджено роль цифрових технологій у доступності страхового послуг для населення. На підставі проведеного аналізу діяльності ПрАТ «Українська пожежна страхова компанія» й аналіз його фінансового стану та аналіз проблем забезпечення фінансової інклюзії через діяльність страхової компанії. Запропоновано пропозиції удосконалення підходів до розширення доступу до страхових послуг та визначено перспективи цифровізації як інструменту підвищення фінансової інклюзії у сфері страхових послуг стосовно застосування зарубіжного досвіду з управління фінансами страхових компаній. The paper examines the theoretical foundations of financial inclusion in the insurance market. The essence and significance of financial inclusion and its significance for economic development and its factors are examined. The role of digital technologies in the accessibility of insurance services for the population is investigated. Based on the analysis of the activities of PrJSC "Ukrainian Fire Insurance Company" and the analysis of its financial condition and the analysis of the problems of ensuring financial inclusion through the activities of the insurance company. Proposals are made to improve approaches to expanding access to insurance services and the prospects for digitalization as a tool for increasing financial inclusion in the field of insurance services are identified in relation to the application of foreign experience in managing the finances of insurance companies.

    У роботі досліджено теоретичні засади фінансового менеджменту страхової компанії. Розглянуто основні елементи фінансового менеджменту страхової компанії. Досліджено організаційну структура фінансового менеджменту страхової компанії. На підставі проведеного аналізу діяльності ПрАТ «Українська пожежна страхова компанія» й аналіз його фінансового стану та системи управління фінансами страхової компанії, результати систематизовані у вигляді таблиць і рисунків, що надає репрезентативності результатам розрахунків. Запропоновано пропозиції стосовно застосування зарубіжного досвіду з управління фінансами страхових компаній. Обґрунтовано пропозиції стосовно впровадження цифрових інформаційних технологій в фінансовому менеджменті страхових компаній. The paper studies the theoretical principles of financial management of the insurance company. The main elements of financial management of insurance company are considered. The organizational structure of financial management of insurance company is investigated. Based on the analysis of the activities of PJSC "Ukrainian Fire Insurance Company" and the analysis of its financial condition and financial management system of the insurance company, the results are systematized in the form of tables and figures, which gives representation to the results of calculations. Proposals on the application of foreign experience in managing the finances of insurance companies have been proposed. Proposals for the introduction of digital information technologies in the financial management of insurance companies are substantiated.
