Мета кваліфікаційної роботи полягає у дослідженні специфіки впливу цифрових інновацій на управління персоналом ІТ-компанії та обґрунтуванні пропозицій щодо підвищення ефективності використання цифрових інновацій в HR-сфері досліджуваної компанії. The purpose of the qualification work is to study the specifics of the impact of digital innovations on the personnel management of an IT company and to substantiate proposals for increasing the efficiency of the use of digital innovations in the HR sphere of the company under study.
