    Напрями вдосконалення конкурентоспроможності підприємства на засадах цифровізації ІТ-процесів

    Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є дослідження теоретичних елементів та формулювання практичних пропозицій щодо підвищення конкуренто-спроможності підприємства шляхом цифровізації технологічних процесів. Задля досягнення визначеної мети було визначено необхідність вирішити наступні завдання, а саме: дослідити поняття та сутнісні характеристики конкурентоспроможності сучасних підприємств; вивчити сучасні інструменти, тренди та можливості цифровізації технологічних процесів підприємства; вивчити особливості зарубіжного досвіду цифрового управління технічними процесами підприємств; здійснити оцінку рівня конкурентоспроможності досліджуваного підприємства в контексті цифровізації ІТ-процесів шляхом аналізу ключових показників фінансового результату діяльності ТОВ «Шторм-нет» та проведення компаративного аналізу з основними конкурентами; обгрунтувати необхідність підвищення рівня конкурентоспроможності підприємства шляхом цифровізації технічних процесів. The purpose of the qualification work is to study the theoretical elements and formulate practical proposals for increasing the competitiveness of the enterprise through the digitalization of technological processes. In order to achieve the specified goal, the need to solve the following tasks was determined, namely: to study the concept and essential characteristics of the competitiveness of modern enterprises; to study modern tools, trends and opportunities for digitalization of technological processes of the enterprise; to study the features of foreign experience in digital management of technical processes of enterprises; to assess the level of competitiveness of the studied enterprise in the context of digitalization of IT processes by analyzing key indicators of the financial result of the activities of LLC "Storm-net" and conducting a comparative analysis with major competitors; to justify the need to increase the level of competitiveness of the enterprise through the digitalization of technical processes.

    Метою написання кваліфікаційної роботи виступає визначення макроекономічних факторів, які перешкоджають адекватному адаптуванню банківської системи в національному масштабі економіки для досягнення встановленої мети в регіональній перспективі, включаючи прямі інвестиції в економіку, експорт та імпорт, а також загальну тенденцію банківських операцій за останні роки. У дослідженні поставлені такі основні завдання, які необхідно вирішити: розкрити концептуальні аспекти вивчення фінансового забезпечення інноваційного розвитку регіонального банківського сектору економіки; визначити формування фінансового забезпечення інноваційного розвитку банківського сектору України; вивчити міжнародний досвід фінансування інноваційного розвитку банківських установ; здійснити аналіз стану та особливостей фінансового забезпечення досліджуваної банківської установи та передумов інвестування в інноваційний розвиток; запропонувати шляхи удосконалення фінансового забезпечення інноваційного розвитку регіонального банківського сектору економіки; запропонувати концепцію вдосконалення фінансового забезпечення інноваційного розвитку банківського сектору Кіровоградської області. The purpose of writing the qualification work is to determine the macroeconomic factors that prevent the adequate adaptation of the banking system on a national scale of the economy to achieve the set goal in a regional perspective, including direct investment in the economy, exports and imports, as well as the general trend of banking operations in recent years. The study sets the following main tasks that need to be solved: to reveal the conceptual aspects of studying the financial support of the innovative development of the regional banking sector of the economy; to determine the formation of the financial support of the innovative development of the banking sector of Ukraine; to study the international experience of financing the innovative development of banking institutions; to analyze the state and features of the financial support of the studied banking institution and the prerequisites for investing in innovative development; to suggest ways to improve the financial support of the innovative development of the regional banking sector of the economy; to propose a concept for improving the financial support of the innovative development of the banking sector of the Kirovograd region.

    Метою написання кваліфікаційної роботи виступає дослідження сучасної концепції конкурентної стратегії ІТ-компаній та визначення методів удосконалення стратегій конкурентоспроможності ІТ-компаній. Відповідно до мети дослідження поставлено наступні завдання: розкрити концептуальні положення формування конкурентної стратегії підприємства; визначити передумови, необхідні для формулювання конкурентної стратегії компанії; розглянути методи оцінки конкурентоспроможності підприємства та ключові напрямки підвищення його конкурентоспроможності; здійснити аналіз ключових тенденцій розвитку міжнародних та вітчизняних ринків ІТ; розглянути загальну характеристику ТОВ «Кіндрил Україна» та оцінку ключових показників ефективності його господарської діяльності; вивчити основні особливості конкурентної стратегії ТОВ «Кіндрил Україна»; формулювати заходи щодо підвищення рівня конкурентоспроможності підприємства; запропонувати шляхи вдосконалення конкурентної стратегії компанії. The purpose of writing the qualification work is to study the modern concept of the competitive strategy of IT companies and to determine methods for improving the competitiveness strategies of IT companies. In accordance with the purpose of the study, the following tasks were set: to reveal the conceptual provisions of the formation of the competitive strategy of the enterprise; to determine the prerequisites necessary for formulating the competitive strategy of the company; to consider methods for assessing the competitiveness of the enterprise and key areas for increasing its competitiveness; to analyze key trends in the development of international and domestic IT markets; to consider the general characteristics of LLC «Kindryl Ukraine» and the assessment of key indicators of the effectiveness of its economic activities; to study the main features of the competitive strategy of LLC «Kindryl Ukraine»; to formulate measures to increase the level of competitiveness of the enterprise; to suggest ways to improve the competitive strategy of the company.

    Мета кваліфікаційної роботи полягає у аналізі існуючих стратегій менеджменту на підприємстві, визначення їх впливу на конкурентоспроможність, а також розробка та обґрунтування напрямів їх удосконалення для забезпечення сталого розвитку підприємства в умовах динамічного ринкового середовища. У роботі здобувачем вирішено наступні завдання: провести аналіз теоретичних підходів до формування стратегій менеджменту та їх впливу на конкурентоспроможність підприємств; оцінити сучасний стан стратегій менеджменту та конкурентоспроможності виробничого підприємства ТОВ «ПРОФІ СТАН»; проаналізувати основні показники діяльності підприємства та визначити ключові чинники, що впливають на його конкурентоспроможність; виявити недоліки в поточних стратегіях менеджменту підприємства та визначити напрями їх удосконалення; розробити пропозиції щодо впровадження нових або модифікації існуючих стратегій менеджменту для посилення конкурентних позицій підприємства; надати рекомендації щодо практичної реалізації запропонованих стратегій, оцінити їх вплив на ефективність діяльності підприємства; обґрунтувати економічну доцільність запропонованих удосконалень та розробити прогноз можливих результатів. The objective of the qualification work is to analyze existing management strategies at the enterprise, determine their impact on competitiveness, and develop and justify directions for their improvement to ensure sustainable development of the enterprise in a dynamic market environment. In the course of the study, the applicant addressed the following tasks: analyze theoretical approaches to the formation of management strategies and their impact on the competitiveness of enterprises; assess the current state of management strategies and competitiveness of the manufacturing enterprise LLC "PROFI STAN"; analyze the main performance indicators of the enterprise and identify key factors affecting its competitiveness; identify shortcomings in the current management strategies of the enterprise and determine directions for their improvement; develop proposals for the implementation of new or modification of existing management strategies to strengthen the competitive positions of the enterprise; provide recommendations on the practical implementation of the proposed strategies and evaluate their impact on the enterprise's performance; substantiate the economic feasibility of the proposed improvements and develop a forecast of potential results.

    Удосконалення управління кредитною діяльністю банківських установ

    Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є аналіз управління кредитною діяльністю банківських установ, виявлення можливих резервів покращення кредитної діяльності в банківській сфері та оцінка ефективності запропонованих заходів. Досягнення цілей передбачає вирішення таких завдань: вивчити теоретичні основи кредитної діяльності банківських установ: визначити характер фінансового стану банку та його комплексну оцінку, розкрити зміст кредитної діяльності банківських установ, виділити кредитні складові банківської практики; аналіз управління кредитною діяльністю банківських установ: аналіз фінансових показників українських банків та їх кредитної діяльності, загальний опис діяльності, аналіз кредитної діяльності, аналіз внутрішнього та зовнішнього середовища АТ КБ «ПриватБанк»; визначення та обґрунтування напрямів удосконалення управління кредитною діяльністю банківських установ: розгляд та проведення функціонального та вартісного аналізів для вдосконалення управління кредитною діяльністю банківських установ, виявлення та оцінка можливих резервів покращення кредитної діяльності АТ КБ «ПриватБанк» полягає у розробці стратегії позиціонування для підвищення ефективності кредитної діяльності банківських установ. The purpose of the qualification work is to analyze the management of credit activities of banking establishments, to identify possible reserves for improving credit activities in the banking sector, and to evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed measures. Achieving the goals involves solving the following tasks: to study the theoretical foundations of the credit activity of banking establishments: to determine the nature of the bank's financial condition and its comprehensive assessment, to reveal the content of the credit activity of banking establishments, to highlight the credit components of banking practice; analysis of credit activity management of banking establishments: analysis of financial indicators of Ukrainian banks and their credit activity, general description of activity, analysis of credit activity, analysis of the internal and external environment of JSC CB "PrivatBank"; definition and substantiation of directions for improving the management of credit activities of banking establishments: consideration and implementation of functional and cost analyzes for the improvement of management of credit activities of banking establishments, identification and assessment of possible reserves for improving the credit activity of JSC CB "PrivatBank" consists in the development of a positioning strategy to increase the efficiency of credit activities of banking establishments.
