Для досягнення поставленої мети визначено такі завдання: проаналізувати теоретичні та правові основи формування спроможних територіальних громад в умовах децентралізації; оцінити сучасний стан розвитку територіальних громад за умов реформи децентралізації; вивчити законодавчі засади функціонування місцевого самоврядування; визначити особливості управління розвитком територіальних громад; провести аналіз фінансово-економічного стану територіальних громад для налагодження ефективної роботи органів місцевого самоврядування; виявити проблемні аспекти розвитку територіальних громад; запропонувати шляхи вдосконалення механізмів зміцнення спроможності територіальних громад в Україні. The purpose of the study is to theoretically substantiate the process of forming and ensuring the capacity of territorial communities within the framework of the decentralization reform, as well as to identify the main problems and prospects for their development. To achieve the goal, the following tasks have been defined: to analyze the theoretical and legal foundations of the formation of capable territorial communities in the context of decentralization; to assess the current state of development of territorial communities under the conditions of the decentralization reform; to study the legislative principles of the functioning of local self-government; to determine the features of managing the development of territorial communities; to analyze the financial and economic condition of territorial communities to establish the effective work of local self-government bodies; to identify problematic aspects of the development of territorial communities; to propose ways to improve the mechanisms for strengthening the capacity of territorial communities in Ukraine.Item Управління розвитком соціальної відповідальності підприємства(ЦНТУ, 2024-06-20) Кураксін, Павло Євгенійович; Kuraksin, PavloМета кваліфікаційної роботи – теоретичне опрацювання матеріалів, що стосуються соціальної відповідальності сучасних підприємств та розробка практично-доцільних рекомендацій з формування моделі соціальної відповідальності на підприємстві автотранспорту. The purpose of the qualification work is the theoretical study of materials related to the social responsibility of modern enterprises and the development of practical recommendations for the formation of a model of social responsibility at a motor transport enterprise. The author solved the following tasks: a theoretical review of the basis of social responsibility in enterprise management; organizational and methodological aspects of assessing the effects of social responsibility; economic and financial analysis of enterprise development in the context of social responsibility based on the materials of DAK-TRANS; substantiation and outlining of the basic guidelines of the social responsibility strategy of the motor transport enterprise DAK-TRANS; for practical implementation of the four-level model of D. У роботі здобувачем вирішено наступні завдання: розглянути економічну сутність та класифікацію стратегій діяльності підприємств; визначити особливості стратегічного управління на підприємствах у сучасних умовах; дослідити підходи до розробки та реалізації стратегії розвитку на підприємстві; провести оцінювання стану і динаміки економічної діяльності ТОВ «Праймтех»; здійснити аналіз основних показників фінансово-економічних результатів функціонування підприємства; провести стратегічний аналіз діяльності підприємства ТОВ «Праймтех»; визначити стратегічні пріоритети розвитку підприємства у сучасних умовах. The purpose of the qualification work is to evaluate the specifics of the formation of the development strategy at the enterprise and to justify proposals for improving strategic approaches to the management of the enterprise's activities in the conditions of modern realities. In the work of the acquirer, the following tasks were solved: to consider the economic essence and classification of enterprise strategies; to determine the features of strategic management at enterprises in modern conditions; to investigate approaches to the development and implementation of a development strategy at the enterprise; to conduct an assessment of the state and dynamics of the economic activity of Primetech LLC; to carry out an analysis of the main indicators of the financial and economic results of the operation of the enterprise; to conduct a strategic analysis of the activities of Primetech LLC; to determine the strategic priorities of the company's development in modern conditions. The purpose of the qualification work is to study scientific hypotheses and design methodological and practical proposals for improving the strategic development of road maintenance enterprises. The aim of the qualification work consists in the study of key elements of effective mechanism of management development of enterprise, analysis of present problems in relation to the estimation of management efficiency on an enterprise. Крім того, робота спрямована на виявлення чинників, що впливають на розвиток персоналу, таких як організаційна культура, стиль управління, внутрішні та зовнішні умови. На основі проведеного аналізу, у роботі будуть розроблені рекомендації щодо вдосконалення системи розвитку персоналу на підприємстві, які дозволять підвищити його конкурентоспроможність, ефективність роботи та задоволеність працівників. The purpose of the qualification work is to study the state and trends of the enterprise and to substantiate the priority areas for improving the personnel management system in modern realities. The work aims to identify the main methods and strategies that contribute to improving the professional level of employees, their motivation and productivity. In addition, the work is aimed at identifying factors that influence staff development, such as organizational culture, management style, internal and external conditions. Based on the analysis, the paper will develop recommendations for improving the personnel development system at the enterprise, which will increase its competitiveness, efficiency and employee satisfaction.
