Item Удосконалення управління кредитною діяльністю банківських установ(ЦНТУ, 2024-01-23) Бабак, Олена Олегівна; Babak, OlenaМетою кваліфікаційної роботи є аналіз управління кредитною діяльністю банківських установ, виявлення можливих резервів покращення кредитної діяльності в банківській сфері та оцінка ефективності запропонованих заходів. Досягнення цілей передбачає вирішення таких завдань: вивчити теоретичні основи кредитної діяльності банківських установ: визначити характер фінансового стану банку та його комплексну оцінку, розкрити зміст кредитної діяльності банківських установ, виділити кредитні складові банківської практики; аналіз управління кредитною діяльністю банківських установ: аналіз фінансових показників українських банків та їх кредитної діяльності, загальний опис діяльності, аналіз кредитної діяльності, аналіз внутрішнього та зовнішнього середовища АТ КБ «ПриватБанк»; визначення та обґрунтування напрямів удосконалення управління кредитною діяльністю банківських установ: розгляд та проведення функціонального та вартісного аналізів для вдосконалення управління кредитною діяльністю банківських установ, виявлення та оцінка можливих резервів покращення кредитної діяльності АТ КБ «ПриватБанк» полягає у розробці стратегії позиціонування для підвищення ефективності кредитної діяльності банківських установ. The purpose of the qualification work is to analyze the management of credit activities of banking establishments, to identify possible reserves for improving credit activities in the banking sector, and to evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed measures. Achieving the goals involves solving the following tasks: to study the theoretical foundations of the credit activity of banking establishments: to determine the nature of the bank's financial condition and its comprehensive assessment, to reveal the content of the credit activity of banking establishments, to highlight the credit components of banking practice; analysis of credit activity management of banking establishments: analysis of financial indicators of Ukrainian banks and their credit activity, general description of activity, analysis of credit activity, analysis of the internal and external environment of JSC CB "PrivatBank"; definition and substantiation of directions for improving the management of credit activities of banking establishments: consideration and implementation of functional and cost analyzes for the improvement of management of credit activities of banking establishments, identification and assessment of possible reserves for improving the credit activity of JSC CB "PrivatBank" consists in the development of a positioning strategy to increase the efficiency of credit activities of banking establishments.Item Шляхи удосконалення управління акціонерним капіталом банківських установ(ЦНТУ, 2024-01-30) Ушакова, Яна Віталіївна; Ushakova, YanaМетою кваліфікаційної роботи є виявлення шляхів покращення управління капіталом на підприємствах шляхом вивчення як теоретичних принципів, так і реальних застосувань, що стосуються вибраного предмета. Для досягнення мети необхідно виконати наступні завдання: здійснити огляд системи управління акціонерним капіталом підприємства; розробити методичні підходи до управління структурою капіталу підприємства; створити діагностичну модель управління акціонерним капіталом підприємства; оцінка потенціалу вдосконалення системи управління акціонерним капіталом підприємства; провести аналіз та оцінку системи управління акціонерним капіталом підприємства; запропонувати стратегії розвитку акціонерного капіталу банківської установи, виходячи з його поточного стану; запропонувати заходи щодо вдосконалення системи управління акціонерним капіталом АТ КБ «ПриватБанк»; економічно обґрунтувати доцільність запропонованих заходів та оцінити їх вплив на результати діяльності підприємства. Об'єктом дослідження виступає капітал АТ КБ «ПриватБанк», тоді як предметом – процес управління акціонерним капіталом банківської установи. The purpose of the qualification work is to identify ways to improve capital management at enterprises by studying both theoretical principles and real applications related to the chosen subject. To achieve the goal, it is necessary to perform the following tasks: carry out an overview of the company's share capital management system; to develop methodical approaches to the management of the capital structure of the enterprise; create a diagnostic model for managing the company's share capital; assessment of the potential for improvement of the company's share capital management system; conduct an analysis and evaluation of the company's share capital management system; propose strategies for the development of the banking institution's equity capital, based on its current state; to propose measures to improve the share capital management system of JSC CB "PrivatBank"; economically substantiate the feasibility of the proposed measures and assess their impact on the results of the enterprise. The object of the study is the capital of JSC CB "PrivatBank", while the subject is the process of managing the bank's share capital.Item Вдосконалення корпоративної культури банківської установи як фактору її конкурентоспроможності(ЦНТУ, 2024-01-24) Зінь, Юлія Євгеніївна; Zin, YuliiaМетою кваліфікаційної роботи є вивчення впливу корпоративної культури на конкурентоспроможність досліджуваної банківської установи та розробка стратегії її покращення. Досягнення цілей передбачає вирішення таких завдань: дослідити сутність поняття корпоративної культури, основних функцій та її ролі; дослідити особливості структури, класифікації та методів корпоративної культури; охарактеризувати особливості корпоративної культури як фактору забезпечення конкурентоспроможності установи; охарактеризувати діяльність досліджуваної банківської установи; здійснити аналіз зовнішнього середовища та стану конкурентоспроможності досліджуваної банківської установи; здійснити оцінку особливостей корпоративної культури досліджуваної банківської установи; визначити методичні засади покращення стану корпоративної культури досліджуваної банківської установи; розробити пропозиції щодо вдосконалення корпоративної культури банківської установи як фактору її конкурентоспроможності. Об'єктом дослідження в межах кваліфікаційної роботи виступає діяльність АТ КБ «Приватбанк», предметом – особливості корпоративної культури досліджуваної банківської установи. The purpose of the qualification work is to study the impact of corporate culture on the competitiveness of the investigated banking establishment and to develop a strategy for its improvement. The achieving the goals involves solving the following tasks: to investigate the essence of the concept of corporate culture, its main functions and role; to investigate the peculiarities of the structure, classification and methods of corporate culture; characterize the peculiarities of corporate culture as a factor of ensuring the competitiveness of the establishment; to characterize the activity of the researched banking establishment; carry out an analysis of the external environment and the state of competitiveness of the investigated banking establishment; carry out an assessment of the characteristics of the corporate culture of the investigated banking establishment; to determine methodological principles for improving the state of the corporate culture of the investigated banking establishment; develop proposals for improving the corporate culture of a banking establishment as a factor in its competitiveness. The object of the research within the framework of the qualification work is the activity of JSC CB "Privatbank", the subject is the peculiarities of the corporate culture of the investigated banking establishment.
