    Метою даної роботи є дослідження системи менеджменту забезпечення фінансово-економічної безпеки на підприємстві та обґрунтування напрямів її удосконалення. Предметом дослідження є стан фінансово-економічної безпеки підприємства. Об’єктом дослідження роботи є система забезпечення фінансово-економічної безпеки на підприємстві ПрАТ «Гідросила АПМ». В роботі були поставлені такі завдання: визначити теоретичні засади формування фінансово-економічної безпеки підприємства; дослідити стабільність фінансового стану господарюючого суб’єкта у довгостроковій перспективі в умовах змін зовнішнього та внутрішнього середовищ; визначити напрями підвищення ефективності управління фінансово-економічною безпекою підприємства. The purpose of this work is to study the management system of financial and economic security at the enterprise and to substantiate the directions of its improvement. The subject of the study is the state of financial and economic security of the enterprise. The object of the study is the system of ensuring financial and economic security at the enterprise PJSC "Hydrosila APM". The work sets the following tasks: to determine the theoretical foundations of the formation of financial and economic security of an enterprise; to study the stability of the financial condition of an economic entity in the long term in the face of changes in the external and internal environments; to determine the directions for improving the efficiency of managing the financial and economic security of an enterprise.

    Формування системи контролінгу на підприємстві

    Мета кваліфікаційної роботи – збір, узагальнення та переосмислення теоретичного кола питань та розробка практичних пропозицій з формування раціональної системи контролінгу на автотранспорті. Автором вирішені такі завдання: - досліджено теорію функціонування контролінгу в системі господарської діяльності підприємства; - висвітлено сутність та етапи розвитку концепцій контролінгу; - здійснено аналіз розвитку контролінгу на підприємстві «ДАК-ТРАНС»; - зформульовано пропозиції стосовно удосконалення формування контролінгу у ТОВ «ДАК-ТРАНС»; - обґрунтовано запровадження інноваційних методів контролінгу в практику. Об’єкт дослідження – контролінг в менеджменті автотранспортного підприємства. Предмет дослідження – теоретичні та практичні питання формування раціональної системи контролінгу на підприємстві автотранспорту в умовах кризи. The purpose of the qualification work is to collect, summarize and rethink the theoretical range of issues and develop practical proposals for the formation of a rational controlling system for motor vehicles. The author has solved the following tasks: - the theory of controlling functioning in the system of economic activity of the enterprise is studied; - the essence and stages of development of controlling concepts are highlighted; - the analysis of controlling development at DAK-TRANS LLC is carried out; - proposals for improving the formation of controlling at DAK-TRANS LLC are formulated; - the introduction of innovative controlling methods into practice is substantiated. The object of research is controlling in the management of a motor transport enterprise. The subject of the study is theoretical and practical issues of forming a rational controlling system at a motor transport enterprise in a crisis.
