Item Розробка напрямів підвищення прибутковості підприємства(ЦНТУ, 2024-01-22) Барабаш, Микола Валентинович; Barabash, MykolaМетою кваліфікаційної роботи є вивчення механізмів формування та розподілу прибутку підприємств, визначення резервів зростання прибутку підприємств. Для досягнення поставлених цілей сформульовані наступні завдання: аналіз теоретичних основ формування та розподілу прибутку підприємств шляхом визначення сучасних підходів до вивчення економічної сутності прибутку підприємства, особливостей методів планування, прогнозування, формування та розподілу прибутку на підприємстві; оцінити ефективність формування та використання прибутку підприємства шляхом дослідження господарської діяльності та оцінки рівня прибутковості підприємства; розробити шляхи підвищення прибутковості підприємства шляхом пошуку ключових резервів підвищення результативності діяльності підприємства та розробки заходів з підвищення прибутковості сільськогосподарських підприємств. Об’єктом дослідження є фінансово-господарська діяльність підприємства ТОВ «Богданівка», що відноситься до підприємств сфери сільськогосподарського виробництва. Предмет - сукупність теоретико-методологічних засад щодо управління прибутковістю сільськогосподарських підприємств. The purpose of the qualification work is to study the mechanisms of the formation and distribution of the profits of enterprises, to determine reserves for the growth of the profits of enterprises. To achieve the set goals, the following tasks were formulated: analysis of the theoretical foundations of the formation and distribution of enterprise profits by determining modern approaches to the study of the economic essence of enterprise profits, features of methods of planning, forecasting, formation and distribution of enterprise profits; evaluate the effectiveness of the formation and use of the company's profit by researching economic activity and assessing the level of profitability of the company; to develop ways to increase the profitability of the enterprise by finding key reserves for increasing the efficiency of the enterprise and developing measures to increase the profitability of agricultural enterprises. The object of the study is the financial and economic activity of the enterprise LLC "Bohdanivka", which belongs to enterprises in the field of agricultural production. The subject is a set of theoretical and methodological principles for managing the profitability of agricultural enterprises.Item Формування системи контролінгу на підприємстві(ЦНТУ, 2024-06-21) Руденко, Олександр Євгенович; Rudenko, OleksandrМета кваліфікаційної роботи – збір, узагальнення та переосмислення теоретичного кола питань та розробка практичних пропозицій з формування раціональної системи контролінгу на автотранспорті. Автором вирішені такі завдання: - досліджено теорію функціонування контролінгу в системі господарської діяльності підприємства; - висвітлено сутність та етапи розвитку концепцій контролінгу; - здійснено аналіз розвитку контролінгу на підприємстві «ДАК-ТРАНС»; - зформульовано пропозиції стосовно удосконалення формування контролінгу у ТОВ «ДАК-ТРАНС»; - обґрунтовано запровадження інноваційних методів контролінгу в практику. Об’єкт дослідження – контролінг в менеджменті автотранспортного підприємства. Предмет дослідження – теоретичні та практичні питання формування раціональної системи контролінгу на підприємстві автотранспорту в умовах кризи. The purpose of the qualification work is to collect, summarize and rethink the theoretical range of issues and develop practical proposals for the formation of a rational controlling system for motor vehicles. The author has solved the following tasks: - the theory of controlling functioning in the system of economic activity of the enterprise is studied; - the essence and stages of development of controlling concepts are highlighted; - the analysis of controlling development at DAK-TRANS LLC is carried out; - proposals for improving the formation of controlling at DAK-TRANS LLC are formulated; - the introduction of innovative controlling methods into practice is substantiated. The object of research is controlling in the management of a motor transport enterprise. Автором вирішено наступні завдання: розглянути основи антикризового управління, визначивши його сутність, механізм та напрями розвитку; навести концепцію та складові стратегічного планування антикризової економічної поведінки підприємства; порівняти методичні підходи до оцінки системи управління в умовах кризи; дослідити основні показники діяльності компанії; провести аналіз фінансового стану компанії; здійснити оцінку особливостей антикризового управління та діагностику ймовірності банкрутства компанії; обґрунтувати шляхи покращення антикризового управління в умовах невизначеності. The purpose of the qualification work is to study the key aspects of anti-crisis management in conditions of uncertainty and justify strategies and measures that will help the enterprise to effectively cope with unpredictable situations and ensure sustainable functioning in a changing environment. The author has solved the following tasks: to consider the basics of anti-crisis management, determining its essence, mechanism and directions of development; to state the concept and components of strategic planning of anti-crisis economic behavior of the enterprise; to compare methodical approaches to the assessment of the management system in crisis conditions; to investigate the main indicators of the company's activity; to conduct an analysis of the company's financial condition; evaluate the specifics of anti-crisis management and diagnose the probability of the company's bankruptcy; to justify ways to improve anti-crisis management in conditions of uncertainty.Item Шляхи покращення фінансово-господарської діяльності підприємства(ЦНТУ, 2024-06-20) Пшіник, Валерій Валерійович; Pshinyk, ValeriiМетою кваліфікаційної роботи виступає пошук шляхів покращення фінансово-господарської діяльності досліджуваного підприємства. Об’єктом дослідження виступає ТОВ «АОИЛ», яке займається вирощуванням зернових і товарних культур. Предметом - дослідження методів удосконалення фінансово-господарської діяльності ТОВ «АОИЛ», а також теоретичні питання, основні положення, методологічні, правові та прикладні аспекти дослідження методів удосконалення фінансово-господарської діяльності підприємства. Новизна полягає у застосуванні новітніх методів покращення фінансово-господарської діяльності ТОВ «АОИЛ» шляхом запровадження сучасних технологій посіву озимої пшениці та оновлення технічного оснащення. Практичне значення отриманих результатів кваліфікаційної роботи полягає в тому, що його основні положення та висновки можуть бути використані для вдосконалення сучасної практики фінансово-господарської діяльності підприємств сільськогосподарської галузі. The purpose of the qualification work is to find ways to improve the financial and economic activity of the enterprise under study. The object of the study is LLC "AOIL", which is engaged in the cultivation of grain and commodity crops. The subject is the study of methods of improving the financial and economic activity of LLC "AOIL", as well as theoretical issues, basic provisions, methodological, legal and applied aspects of the study of methods of improving the financial and economic activity of the enterprise. The novelty consists in the application of the latest methods of improving the financial and economic activity of LLC "AOIL" by introducing modern technologies for sowing winter wheat and updating technical equipment. Об‘єкт дослідження – стратегічна діяльність ТОВ «Грін Тек». The purpose of the qualification work is to generalize theoretical provisions and develop practical recommendations for the formation of the company's development strategy. The tasks of the work are to consider the essence and classification of enterprise development strategies; to investigate the basic rules, selection procedures and practical use of enterprise development strategies; conduct a diagnosis of the financial and economic condition of "Green Tech" LLC; analyze the strategic activity of the enterprise; on the basis of a strategic analysis of the company's activity, to investigate the practical aspects of forming a development strategy on the example of "Green Tech" LLC. The object of the study is the strategic activity of "Green Tech" LLC.
