Об’єктом дослідження є деталь типу «Гайка ковпачкова». Мета роботи – розробка технологічного процесу виготовлення деталі «Гайка ковпачкова». У результаті розробки був проведений аналіз технологічності конструкції деталі, аналіз міцності деталі, спроектований технологічний процес виготовлення деталі, підібрані засоби технологічного оснащення, вимірювальні інструменти. The object of the research is a detail of the "Cap nut" type. The purpose of the work is to develop a technological process for the production of the "Cap nut" part. As a result of the development, an analysis of the manufacturability of the design of the part, an analysis of the strength of the part, a technological process of manufacturing the part was designed, technological equipment and measuring tools were selected.
