Об’єктом дослідження є деталь типу «Втулка». Мета роботи – розробка технологічного процесу виготовлення деталі «Втулка». У результаті розробки був проведений аналіз технологічності конструкції деталі, аналіз міцності деталі, спроектований технологічний процес виготовлення деталі, підібрані засоби технологічного оснащення, вимірювальні інструменти, дано рекомендації щодо керуючих програм для верстатів зі ЧПУ. The object of the study is the "sleeve" part. The purpose of the work is to develop a technological process of manufacturing the workpiece. As a result of the development, the analysis of the manufacturability of the structure of the workpiece, the analysis of the strength of the workpiece, the technological process of manufacturing the workpiece, the selected tools of technological equipment, measuring tools were selected, recommendations for control programs for machines from CNC were given.
