Об’єктом дослідження є деталь типу «Гільза». Мета роботи – розробка технологічного процесу виготовлення деталі «Гільза». У результаті розробки був проведений аналіз технологічної деформованості матеріалу, розроблена технологія підготовчих операцій та спроектований технологічний маршрут холодного видавлювання деталі за допомогою системи кінцево-елементного аналізу механіки і термодинаміки процесів деформування матеріалів DEFORM™-3D, підібрані засоби технологічного оснащення. The object of the study is a detail of the "Sleeve" type. The purpose of the work is to develop the manufacturing process of the "Sleeve" part. As a result of the development, an analysis of the technological deformation of the material was carried out, the technology of preparatory operations was developed and the technological route of cold extrusion of the part was designed using the system of finite element analysis of the mechanics and thermodynamics of the deformation processes of materials DEFORM™-3D, and the means of technological equipment were selected.
