Технологічні методи забезпечення довговічності робочих органів і надійності сільськогосподарських машин

У статті проаналізовано сучасні методи підвищення довговічності деталей робочих органів сільськогосподарських машин поверхневим зміцненням. Надійність та технічна досконалість машин визначається якістю їх комплектуючих вузлів і деталей. Запропонована технологія відновлення і зміцнення лемешів плугів модульними пластинами з порошкових карбідосталей значно розширює межу зношування леза лемеша по ширині та суттєво збільшує його ресурс і надійність плугів. Purpose of the work. Increase in the service life of plowshare as the index of longevity and reliability of plow, by the technological methods of strengthening. Brief description of the executed work. Are analyzed the contemporary methods of increasing the components of the operating units of agricultural machines by surface hardening. Reliability and technical perfection of machines is determined by the quality of their completion units and components. The technology of repair and strengthening of the plowshares of plows proposed by modular plates from the powder carbide steels considerably enlarges the boundary of the wear of plowshare along the width and substantially increase its resource and reliability of plows. Conclusions. The technology of restoration and strengthening of the plowshares of plow proposed by the modular plates of powder carbide steels enlarges the zone of the wear of plowshare along the width, increase resource and reliability of plows.

In the article the review of modern methods of machines details reliability increasing is conducted with the superficial strengthening. For the design perfection reliability performance the machinery are known to depend on the appropriate quality of completing units.
