Визначено існуючі проблеми у збереженні та розвитку трудового потенціалу області, здійснено прогнозні оцінки. Розроблено рекомендації щодо уповільнення руйнівних тенденцій у розвитку трудового потенціал регіону. The separate results of the research of the state of the labour potential of the Kirovohrad region have been lighted out. Certainly existent problems in a maintainance and development of the labour potential of the region have been determined, prognosis estimations have been made. Recommendations in relation to the deceleration of the destructive tendencies in the development of the labour potential of the region have been worked out.
