Класифікація частково регулярних мікрорельєфів, сформованих на торцевих поверхнях тіл обертання

В статті проведено аналіз відомих класифікацій регулярних мікрорельєфів по наукових публікаціях та нормативних документах. Проаналізовані параметри за якими класифікують регулярні мікрорельєфи і їх характеристики. Встановлено відсутність інформації про класифікацію частково регулярних мікрорельєфів, що сформовані на торцевих поверхнях тіл обертання як нового класу мікрорельєфів. Запропонована класифікація розкриває множину варіантів реалізації частково регулярних мікрорельєфів, що сформовані на торцевих поверхнях тіл обертання та їх характеристики. The aim of the article is to classify partially regular microreliefs that are formed on the end surfaces of rotating bodies. The article analyzes the known classifications of regular microreliefs in scientific publications and regulations. The parameters by which regular microreliefs are classified and their characteristics are analyzed. The lack of information on the classification of partially regular microreliefs formed on the end surfaces of rotating bodies as a new class of microreliefs has been established. The proposed classification reveals a set of options for the implementation of partially regular microreliefs formed on the end surfaces of bodies of rotation and their characteristics. For the first time the classification of partially regular microreliefs that are formed on the end surfaces of rotating bodies is offered, carried out on the basis of features of kinematics of technological process. It c can be a basis for creation of their mathematical models and definition of the relative area of vibro-rolling. Signs of classification are proposed to take: methods of forming a partially regular microrelief; the shape of the centerline of continuous regular micro-irregularities; mutual arrangement of adjacent grooves; mutual placement of axial lines of continuous regular micro-inequalities; groove shapes. Each of these features is divided into certain sub-features, which consist of the corresponding characteristics, which are expressed by the elements of the mode of vibration rolling, the dimensional parameters of the elements of the grooves, their mutual placement. For the first time, analytical dependences were obtained to determine the parameter of partially regular microreliefs classification formed on the end surfaces of rotating bodies by the nature of the change in the radii of the axial lines and their axial steps. В статье проведен анализ известных классификаций регулярных микрорельефов по научным публикациям и нормативным документам. Проанализированы параметры по которым классифицируют регулярные микрорельефы и их характеристики. Установлено отсутствие информации о классификации частично регулярных микрорельефов, сформированных на торцевых поверхностях тел вращения как нового класса микрорельефов. Предложенная классификация раскрывает множество вариантов реализации частично регулярных микрорельефов, сформированных на торцевых поверхностях тел вращения и их характеристики.

Розвиток підходів до класифікації виробничих запасів на підприємствах гірничо-металургійного комплексу України

У статті проаналізовано теоретичні, методичні та організаційні положення обліку і контролю виробничих запасів підприємств гірничо-металургійної галузі. За результатами досліджень надано пропозицій щодо класифікації запасів за ознаками властивими підприємствам гірничо-металургійного комплексу з метою посилення контролю. Запропоновано введення додаткових субрахунків з обліку сировини, матеріалів та палива, спрямоване на вдосконалення синтетичного та аналітичного обліку запасів. Purpose of the article is to detail the classification of inventory of mining and smelting complex, which will enhance the effectiveness of expenditure control inventory at different stages of the production process and the formation of values according to production needs. For the proper construction of internal control and accounting of inventory they need to be clear classification created specific to the mining and metallurgical industry. The largest share in the structure of inventory of mining and metallurgy, just take raw materials and fuel, as increased control and improvement of accounting in need of these stocks. Appropriate implementation will be the classification of raw materials on the grounds of belonging to a certain stage of the manufacturing process: production, enrichment, agglomeration; Production of metal. To meet the needs of analytical accounting accounts highlight the second and third orders, reflecting the value of inventory at each stage of the production process. Inventories are important for normal operating activities of mining and metallurgical industry and occupy a dominant position in the structure of current assets. Implementation of the proposals of the author facilitates strengthening controls at each stage of the production process, analyticity and efficiency of inventory accounting. The classification and accounting method allows to control the production process for each redistribution, the appropriateness of spending reserves, compliance with consumption, as well as identify possible ways to reduce costs at all stages of the movement of inventory. The classification is not exhaustive and requires further research to improve analytical accounting system at all stages of the movement of inventory of mining and metallurgical complex.

Проаналізовано існуючі методи прогнозування технічного стану транспортних засобів та дано їх класифікацію у вигляді узагальненої структурної схеми. Ресурси підприємства у системі об‘єктів внутрішнього контролю

Обґрунтована точка зору автора стосовно тлумачення понять―предмет та―об‘єкти контролю. Зроблено критичний аналіз існуючих систем об‘єктів внутрішнього економічного контролю. Кожне з угрупувань загальновідомих класифікацій поглиблене завдяки зробленим уточненням та розширене шляхом внесення відповідних доповнень. Запропонована видова класифікація ресурсів за чотирма угрупуваннями об‘єктів: ресурси в основних засобах; ресурси в нематеріальних активах; ресурси в матеріальних цінностях; ресурси в грошових засобах та розрахунках. The point of view of the author concerning interpretation of concepts ―subject and ―objects of the control is proved. The critical analysis of existing systems of objects of the internal economic control is made. The well-known classifications are profound and are extended by entering the appropriate additions.
