Стаття присвячена визначенню сутності та завдань системи професійної підготовки кадрів на
підприємствах. Приділено значну увагу особливостям її організації на виробництві. Розглянуто сучасні
підходи до управління підготовкою кадрів. Обгрунтовано актуальність подальшого розвитку системи
підготовки кадрів на вітчизняних підприємствах, а також активної державної політики в цій сфері. This article is devoted the definishion of essence and assignments of the staff development system of
the company. Considerable attention is drown to the details of its organization at the company. The modern
approaches to staff development managment are considered. The necessity of the further professional staff
development system modernizing of the ukrainian enterprises, and necessity of the active government’s policy in this field is grounded.
