Item Конкурентоспроможність випускників в умовах інноваційних трансформацій ринків праці та глобальних викликів(ЦНТУ, 2018) Сало, А. В.; Salo, А.Стаття присвячена аналізу впливу інноваційних та глобальних чинників на формування та реалізацію конкурентних переваг на ринку праці випускників закладів вищої освіти. У статті здійснена систематизація наукових уявлень про конкурентоспроможність у сфері праці і, зокрема, конкурентоспроможність випускників закладів вищої освіти. Запропоновано авторський підхід до визначення чинників, що впливають на конкурентоспроможність випускників. Зосереджено увагу на впливах інноваційних трансформацій ринків праці і глобальних чинників. Здійснено аналіз показників конкурентоспроможності країн за розвиненістю системи вищої освіти, індикативних показників відповідності системи освіти (у т.ч. вищої освіти) вимогам бізнесу. Здійснено порівняльну оцінку інноваційних змін структури зайнятості за професіями в Україні та окремих країнах Європи, які впливають на формування та реалізацію конкурентних переваг випускників на ринку праці. Статья посвящена анализу влияния инновационных и глобальных факторов на формирование и реализацию конкурентных преимуществ на рынке труда выпускников высших учебных заведений. В статье систематизированы научные представления о конкурентоспособности в сфере труда и, в частности, о конкурентоспособности выпускников высших учебных заведений. Предложен авторский подход к определению факторов, влияющих на конкурентоспособность выпускников. Сосредоточено внимание на влиянии инновационных трансформаций рынков труда и роли глобальных факторов. Проведен анализ показателей конкурентоспособности стран по развитию системы высшего образования, индикативных показателей соответствия системы образования (в т.ч. высшего образования) требованиям бизнеса. Осуществлена сравнительная оценка инновационных изменений структуры занятости в рамках профессий в Украине и отдельных странах Европы, которые влияют на формирование и реализацию конкурентных преимуществ выпускников на рынке труда. The article is devoted to the analysis of the influence of innovative and global factors on the formation and implementation of competitive advantages in the labor market of graduates of higher educational institutions. The article presents the systematization of scientific ideas about competitiveness in the labor sphere and, in particular, the competitiveness of graduates of higher educational institutions. The scientific works of domestic and foreign scientists about competition, competitiveness of the labor market, development of higher educational institutions and educational services have been used as a theoretical basis of the article. The research uses general scientific and special methods, in particular: analytical – for collecting and generalizing scientific information; abstract and logical – for the analysis and systematization of scientific ideas; tabular – for the systematization of the factors influencing the competitiveness of graduates. The author analyzes the scientific opinions on competitiveness in the labor sphere, identifying differences in the approaches of scientists. The author's approach to determining the essence of the competitiveness of graduates of higher educational institutions has been grounded. For the first time, it is suggested to understand the definition of "competitiveness of graduates of higher educational institutions" as the ability of graduates of higher educational institutions to find better job than graduates of other similar educational institutions, to choose competitive jobs with knowledge and competences gained during the training process, the ability to continuous educational and professional development, labor and professional mobility in the labor market. The author has suggested an approach to systematization of factors influencing the competitiveness of graduates. Factors are united in blocks: innovative, global, nature resources, medical-demographic, social, historical-cultural, psychological, economic, scientific and technical, competitive, organizational-technical, political, law. The attention is focused on the important role of innovative transformations of labor markets and the role of global factors. The indicators of competitiveness of countries according to the development of the system of higher education, indicators of the correspondence of the education system (including higher education) with the requirements of business have been analyzed on the basis of world statistics. The author has analyzed the innovative changes in the structure of employment by professions in Ukraine and certain European countries, which influence the formation of competitive advantages of graduates.Item Сучасний стан та проблеми фінансового забезпечення вищої освіти в Україні(ЦНТУ, 2017) Сало, А. В.; Salo, А.В статті проаналізовано сучасний стан фінансування вищої освіти в Україні, виокремлені слабкі сторони та недоліки державного механізму фінансування. Досліджена світова практика недержавного фінансування. На основі отриманих результатів сформовані рекомендації щодо покращення фінансового забезпечення вищої освіти, а також щодо активізації науково-дослідницької діяльності ВНЗ. The work analyzes the current state the higher education financing in Ukraine. On the basis of the Treasury system financing higher education detailed analysis, it is possible to highlight the weaknesses and shortcomings of this funding mechanism. In order to review the current state of the higher education financing and directions of its improvement, this paper discovers the mechanism of the Treasury's funding for the higher education, its advantages and disadvantages. Nowadays, the higher educational institutions look for the alternative funding sources therefore, the research was conducted. Due to analysis, one may clearly see that the most common practices usually attract financial aid for the universities. The alternative methods of financing the higher education in Ukraine are offered as a result, there are various possible activities for domestic higher education to reach the desired goals. In addition, all the types of the state financial support were considered the international practices of the private funding became the core theoretical background for the research. On the basis of the obtained results, there are several recommendations to give for the improvement of the financial support of the Ukrainian higher education as well as the promotion of the scientific research activities of the University.Item Вплив засобів масової інформації на самовизначення молоді(КНТУ, 2010) Бабіч, Т. Представлений аналіз впливу недоліків вищої освіти на загальноекономічну ситуацію в державі. Запропонована низка можливих шляхів подолання головних проблем в системі вищої освіти України. Taking into account rapid development of all spheres of the country in light of the recent globalization trends, it is impossible not to notice substantial retardation of all sub-systems of higher education. This condition is one of the major subsystems of the country is threatening and extremely dangerous. Despite the fact that the education system provides the country with such essential resources as intellectual capital, labor and scientific potential, modernization of this system through the reconsideration and resolve urgent problems is obvious. The article deals with basic questions of reforming and improving the system of higher education in Ukraine in the context of European integration processes. Despite rapid development of a modern system of higher education is seen as the main factor of social and economic progress. That is why it is appropriate selection and specification of new requirements that are dictated by these processes. The article analyzes the key directions, which primarily affected by the changes of European integration. The main of them already have modified a number of requirements to the graduates of higher educational institutions. As a result of gradual analysis presents the most immediate sector of higher education functions, requires radical changes. The author gives examples of the use of outdated and inefficient levers of influence on the educational process, and proposed alternative to the more effective ways, such as replacing the old administrative principles of motivational. This innovative policy in the framework of higher education allows to form an intelligent, conscious and competitive nation, able to direct its potential for the benefit of the country. The author has studied the quantitative indicators of graduates of higher educational institutions, the main trends in this direction. Together in addition to quantitative indicators, paid attention to the qualitative component of this sector research. Namely analyzed such functions of higher education, both internal and external efficiency, represented by their principal criteria and factors of influence. In addition to the work carried out examination and analysis of the most painful problems of the current state of higher education which include financing, material and technical basis, organization of educational process.The author presents suggestions for the improvement of the status in these areas, and also expressed an opinion about expediency of the refusal of outdated methods of conducting of educational policy in Ukraine.
