Item Проблеми формування інвестиційних джерел в АПК України та напрями їх ефективного використання(ЦНТУ, 2018) Фрунза, С. А.; Frunza, S.В статті розглянуті основні проблеми формування інвестиційних джерел в агропромисловому комплексі України. Визначені урядові пріоритети витрат держави щодо забезпечення розвитку аграрної політики, проаналізовані основі джерела фінансових ресурсів по галузі АПК. Запропоновані основні напрями ефективного використання інвестиційних ресурсів сільськогосподарських підприємств, що впливають на покращення їх господарської та фінансової діяльності . В статье рассмотрены основные проблемы формирования инвестиционных источников в агропромышленный комплекс Украины. Определены государственные приоритеты расходов бюджета на развитие аграрной политики, проанализированы основные источники ресурсов финансирования по отрасли АПК. Предложены основные направления эффективного использования инвестиционных ресурсов сельскохозяйственных предприятий, которые влияют на улучшение их хозяйственной и финансовой деятельности. The purpose of the article is to analyze the current state of formation of investment sources in the field of agrarian industrial complex. Effective reform of the economy, possible on the basis of intensification of investment activity, increase of investment volume, use of all sources of investment. Own sources are not enough, and borrowed and borrowed are the task of investment development of the agrarian sector. The main areas of investment of agricultural institutions are: land and infrastructure. Financial instruments include: bank lending, investments, agrarian receipts, commodity loans, bill financing. The main causes of the weakness of the mechanism of state support to agrarian enterprises are the imperfection of the mechanisms for obtaining and distributing budget funds and violation of budgetary discipline during their use. Changing the mechanism of allocation of funds from the state budget, cumbersome, belated approval and constant change during the year cause untimely receipt of state financial support, ineffective use and return at the end of the year to the state budget. The macroeconomic factors that caused the depressive nature of the development of agrarian enterprises are: reduction of their own investment sources of producers due to increased price disparities and depreciation of investment resources under inflation, reduction of state investment support, not compensated by their own and attracted sources of investment financing; the deterioration of access to credit, the growth of non-payment, the breach of economic ties, the deterioration of material and technical supply, etc. A significant source is the attracted funds from the state, as well as non-state institutions, in addition to foreign investments.Item Особливості управління інвестиційною діяльністю підприємств сільського господарства(КНТУ, 2015) Фрунза, С. А.; Frunza, S.У статті визначено особливості управління інвестиційною діяльністю підприємств сільського господарства та розроблено напрями його удосконалення. Досліджено причини незадовільного фінансового стану та інвестиційного клімату сільського господарства, а також запропоновані заходи удосконалення цього процесу шляхом залучення зовнішніх інвестицій. The aim of the research is to develop evidence-based practical recommendations for improving financial condition and investment provision of productive activity of agricultural enterprises, by defining the key directions of improvement of investment activity of agricultural enterprises in conditions of market change and transformation. The article defines the peculiarities of management of investment activity of agricultural enterprises. The directions of its improvement were developed. The causes of the poor financial condition and the investment climate of agriculture, as well as proposed measures to improve that process by attracting third party investment were investigated. The main directions of improvement of a financial condition and investment provision of productive activity of agricultural enterprises may be proposed: to create effective management decisions aimed at increase of profitability of the investment project; to create necessary conditions for productive employment in the agricultural sector; to establish state regulation of prices.Item Забезпечення інвестиційного розвитку аграрної сфери національної економіки(КНТУ, 2010) Фрунза, С. Necessity of formation of the effective economic mechanism of regulation of investment development of agrarian sphere of national economy that can influence social and economic progress is considered. The methodical bases of the formation of the strategy of the management of the investment activity of the agro-industrial enterprises have been looked out in the article. The bases of the formation of the strategy that makes possible to have a notion about the development and realization of the investment strategy of the agricultural enterprise have been represented.
