У статті критично проаналізовано сучасний стан підготовки в Україні агроінженерних кадрів, наукових кадрів вищої кваліфікації, в цілому агроінженерної науки та сучасного сільськогосподарського машинобудування. Окреслено перспективи виходу з кризи у напрямках підготовки кадрів, проведення фундаментальних та прикладних наукових досліджень сучасного рівня, проектних і конструкторських розробок зі створення сільськогосподарської техніки, яка б відповідала кращим світовим аналогам. To analyze the current state of the national branch of agro-engineering and to find ways for further development of the agro-engineering industry. The development of the agro-industrial complex of the state requires the support of a high level of education, organization of production, its flexible management, discipline and responsibility. The article deals with the critical analysis of the current state of training of agro-engineering personnel in Ukraine, highly skilled scientific personnel, in general agro-engineering science and modern agricultural machine-building. The prospects of coming over the crisis in training, carrying out of fundamental and applied scientific research at the modern level, design and engineering developments for the creation of agricultural machinery that corresponds to the best world analogues were outlined. Extensive, high-tech, economically grounded, and most importantly highly profitable industry for the producers is the real prospect, the key task of further evolutionary development of Ukrainian agriculture which was recently outlined by prominent scientists-agrarians of our country.Item Проблеми формування стратегії розвитку машинобудівного підприємства(ЦНТУ, 2017) Тиханський, М. In this article the basic questions and problems of national machine-building enterprises steady development strategy forming on innovative principles are considered. The types of strategies of enterprises development, stages of the strategic planning on an enterprise, essence of traditional and modem models of cooperation of enterprises and higher educational institutions are reflected. Suggestions in relation to activation of collaboration of employers and higher educational institutions as factor of perfection of machine-building enterprises development strategy are made. Thus, the basic directions of activation of employers and higher educational institutions collaboration include such as: strengthening of co-operation of science, education and production; creation of pre-conditions for forming and development of intellectual potential; development and claim of methodology of determination of current and prognostication of perspective requirements in specialists and others.Item Сучасні проблеми землеробської механіки(КНТУ, 2013) Адамчук, В. Визначені основні перспективи виходу з кризового становища країни у напрямках проведення фундаментальних та прикладних наукових досліджень сучасного рівня, проектних і конструкторських розробок по створенню сільськогосподарської техніки, яка б відповідала кращим світовим аналогам. The article discloses problems in the development of agricultural mechanics in present-day conditions of Ukraine. The situation in the development of agricultural mechanics, agro-engineering science and agricultural machine building on the whole was analysed. The problems which interfere with national agricultural production to have high competitiveness, machine-building in particular, were grounded. Special attention was given to integration processes “science-production”. The low level of scientific research during last years and absence of its orientation which is connected with the absence of interest from the side of producers towards scientific and research work were noted. The main prospects in overcoming crisis in Ukraine in the directions of carrying out fundamental and applied scientific research at modern level, project and design development in construction of agricultural machines which correspond to best world analogues were defined.Item Використання методів вібраційного свердління в сільськогосподарському машинобудуванні(КНТУ, 2010) Пестунов, В. Представлено конструкцію кулькового вібраційного патрона для обробки глибоких отворів у в’язких сталях. The analysis of the possibility of the deep-hole drilling intensification on vertically-drill tools is executed. The basic problems of construction of budgetary process are analysed on the enterprises of Ukraine, certainly principles of budgetary regulation and construction of the budgetary checking system on the basis of realization of functions of financial kontrolling of modern machine-building enterprise.Item Проблеми надходження прямих інвестицій у машинобудівні підприємства м. Кременчук(КНТУ, 2014) Лисиченко, О. О.; Будніков, В. М.; Lysychenko, Oksana; Budnikov, VladimirМетою статті є визначення проблем пов’язаних з інвестуванням машинобудівної галузі. Для аналізу обрано галузь важкого машинобудування м. Кременчук яка представлена чотирма підприємствами. На підставі Державної програми визначені основні причини низької інвестиційної активності, а на підставі дослідження Програм розвитку м. Кременчук на 2011, 2012 та 2013 роки і анкетування підприємств ці причини деталізовані та об’єднані у групи. У статті досліджені окремі з цих причин та окреслені напрями їх вирішення. In the region exist a number of economic development indicators; their dynamics are associated with influence factors, which could be both positive and negative. The second type of such factors is definitely interesting to study. The indicator of direct investment in mechanical engineering enterprises of Kremenchug and factors that reduce it have been chosen for the study.Mechanical engineering is characterized as significant sector of the Kremenchug industry. In the mechanical engineering sector Kremenchug is represented by the medium machine building branch: automotive industry (HC "AvtoKrAZ", PC "Kremenchug Plant of Road Machines", PC "Kremenchug Wheel Plant"), and general machine building branch - in the context of railway engineering (JSC "Kriukov Car Building Works"). The need for direct investment into enterprises is exigent; major causes of low investment activity are following: adverse investment conditions, inadequate level of state investment activity support, underdevelopment of investment market and infrastructure, the lack of effective mechanisms for public-and-private partnership in investing.Taking into account the engineering enterprises sector of Kremenchug these causes are carefully described in following way: marketing policy; taxation; production; credit policy. According to the article, the main problem of insufficient investments inflow into enterprises is the lack of government support, imperfect tax legislation and unjustified credit policy for companies.Item Особливості управління фінансовими ресурсами підприємств машинобудівної галузі(КНТУ, 2012) Карась, П.
