    Вплив складності робіт з реконструкції на ефективність виробничо-господарської діяльності будівельних організацій

    В статті описуються особливості урахування факторів складності виконання робіт в процесі реконструкції житлової забудови. Також в роботі описано недоліки існуючих основ обліку ускладнюючих умов у вартості робіт на різних стадіях реконструкції. На основі визначених недоліків урахування умов складності ремонту і реконструкції, розглянуто їх влив на ефективність виробничо-господарської діяльності ремонтно-будівельних організацій. In article are described the features of account of factors complication of works implementation in the process of reconstruction of housing building. Similarly it has also described in article the lacks of existent bases of account of complicative conditions in the cost of works on the different stages of reconstruction. But foundation of certain lacks of account of complicаtive conditions of repair and reconstruction, their influence is considered on efficiency of production activity of repair-build organizations.

    Обґрунтування необхідності проведення технічної реструктуризації газотранспортної галузі

    В даній статті розглянуті питання щодо проведення технічної реструктуризації газотранспортної галузі для забезпечення високої надійності газопостачання споживачам. Визначено причини складного технічного стану ГТС, запропоновані заходи для його покращення, подано проектні рішення результатів технічної реструктуризації. In this article there have been considered the issuesdevoted to the technical restructuring of the gas transport field to provide high reliability of gas supply to consumers. The reasons have been determined of a complicated technical GTS condition. Besides there have proposed methods for its improvement and design solutions of technical restructuring results have been represented.
